" They are not wrong , but better could be done , " Lan Montreal replied . They were now leaving the war council room together after having attended it with the king and the war ministers .

" You are planning to do something else ? " Lucinda got curious .

" Yes . I originally thought of stirring up trouble to provoke Sheckel into a battle for testing out our new weapons . But they've come earlier than my plans had accommodated for and now I'm forced to drop everything to focus on them , " he answered her .

"That means you want to kill in one blow , and be done with them , " Lucinda started catching up .
