Cookies

"Are you alright?" He asked.

"Of course. Why do you ask?" She stared at him.

"Because you have pinched your arm to the extent it looks like it's turning blue."

She let go and checked. A small area of her forearm was brownish blue and a little red. "Right. I'm just upset."

Ken flinched. She was crazy when she was angry. Not only was she extra possessive but she went nuts when something didn't go as plan or when someone messed with her.

"Let's ignore the pain in our arm." He said. The two always used third person pronouns when referring to the other.

"We'll try." They soon reached a cream painted house with a black gate.

Kenzo opened the gate for her and she stepped in. He closed the gate and they both entered the house. The strong aroma of freshly baked cookies hit them in the face.

'Cookies. Nice.'

"Zuri, haven't I told you shouldn't come over when it was late?" A black haired woman hugged her. "I made your favorite, vanilla and chocolate chip cookies."

"Good evening, Mrs Izumi. I'm sorry but... did you say cookies?" Her eyes lit up when she saw the tray of cookies on the table

She immediately dropped her bag and coat on the chair.

She dashed across the room and jumped over the sofas. She ran faster and just as she was about to pounce on the tray, a man caught her and hugged her tightly.

"Dai, let go." She tried wriggling herself free. "The cookies."

"You couldn't even come to greet me before attacking the cookies like that." Dai held her up. "I'll make sure you never do it again."

He tied her hands and legs before tying her to the chair in front of the tray of cookies. He danced around with the tray, shoving it in her face.
