sasuke asks if she could revive a few more people so that they without her can fight the otosuki she asks who to revive and he said madara uchiha and obito uchiha and sisuhi uchiha but she didnt revive sisuhi

Kaguya fell silent, her thoughts turning inward as she deliberated Sasuke's request. The prospect of reviving those who had once sought to bring chaos and destruction to the world gave her pause, but she understood the necessity of their aid in the face of the looming Otsutsuki threat.

Finally, after a moment of contemplation, Kaguya spoke, her voice carrying a note of finality. "I will grant your request," she declared, her tone firm. "But know this—reviving the dead comes with consequences. Be prepared to face the repercussions of your choices."
