"...… ..... ...…. It is darkness, where am I? utter darkness…. ….. oh yes I died saving the children at the Egypt border and got blasted in grenade explosion….It is sad I died, I am really sad, but I don't regret saving those children. I was an Archaeological scholar from America John Carter and went to study the old structures of the old civilizations. I was good at mapping the structures and was doing fine job, but suddenly some terrorists took my juniors as hostages. As a Senior it was my duty to at least save them. I didn't care about myself, as an archaeologist I have faced many tough situations, but it was also my first experience with armed terrorist soldiers. We were being taken in to custody by ten terrorists and suddenly retaliation of armed military and terrorist soldiers started by firing guns. And to reduce the time, a military soldier dropped a hand grenade towards terrorist and we were caught in the cross fire. One of my junior was in clear range of explosion and to save him, I pushed him out of range and got caught in the explosion....and that's how my story of previous life ended. 

 Suddenly a flash of light and desert heat bombarded me and illuminating myself from darkness which felt like eternal night, seeing my whole life as a flashback in moments…. As I don't know where I am and my head is bleeding with deep wounds in chest, stomach and back….in deep tears and cracks. My body looks like husk of the leftover remain with sandy air flowing over my body. As I straighten my posture, I found myself in the vast desert with brilliant sun, slapping its rays over my head in heat and God knows where in the world I am?. Amusingly there is nobody alive near my side, only dead bodies in similar clothes and weapons and some upturned carts and dead animal bones with dead caravan members layering in the desert sand.

 It looks like there was an accident on the site and some sort of Caravan was looted by anti- social peoples or bandits, well I don't know? and I can only speculate whatsoever happened here. As I try to feel myself...I only feel pain and lots of pain over my head and I feel nuts, cracked, Ah God...so much pain .....heat…..pain….something is cracking in my head…oh gosh...wait some unknown memories are suddenly filling me up. Oh God!!!!! now what is this? Somebody tell me what is happening to me in the name of God? Haa…..Haa..."

 Suddenly pain recedes and John Carter starts sobering up and his condition stabilizes. Now his mind is filled lots of questions and new memories. 

 It's been Ten years since this world changed. This planet was previously similar to Earth, but now it is called Felon – The Apocalypse World. Everything was normal, but suddenly on 31st December of Year 50091, after midnight everything changed. As people were indulged in the New Year.... Doom befell Felon. From all over the world outbreak of Apotoxin Virus happened, spreading rapidly over the masses with no antidote. The Zombie outbreak happened due to meteor shower all over the world on the midnight of New Year, burning whole world into rampage, fire, heat, gases, destruction, crumbling the human civilization into shambles.

 With Zombie monsters roaming everywhere in innumerable numbers of different tiers. Collapsing the World Population within one month on the verge to become extinct. Disorder, Anarchy and chaos scattering all over world. Richer and poor both fighting and struggling for livelihood and money became Useless.

 With the arrival of disasters also came opportunities for mankind and very few people awakened Super natural powers. Someone awakened Fire Power, somebody awakened ice and other elemental powers. Few awakened rare powers of Berserkers, Healing, Telekinesis, Poison, Shadow, etc., with the high tired Zombie mutated crystals. These mutated crystals were in high demand, because they led to awaken super natural powers and these mutated crystals generally led to awaken low tier powers. It can be said some rich and powerful people were first to obtain these mutation crystals and some luckily awakened themselves, as mutations not only occurred to Zombies, but in the normal humans also. But these successful natural mutations made normal humans more powerful and awakened Super natural abilities with rare and strong attributes. These Super Powers can be classified from tier 'F' to 'S' Ranks. It is generally assumed level of super powers is fixed and cannot change their tier whole life…..only physical body attributes can be changed by mutations and evolutions by defeating Zombies of Higher Tiers.

 Shelters were made and many battles were fought against Zombie hordes. Higher tiers were difficult to be killed and needed many resources and teams. Safe Zones were established with great efforts for the living communities by isolating the area and making fortresses against the siege of zombies. Hunting teams were continuously dispatched to collect resources from the hazarded areas by fighting monsters. People also started to research re-establishing ecosystem to cultivate on small community level to sustain the community, but many times it was failed attempt, due to hazarded mutations. People still persevered and continued their attempts and some communities succeeded with different technical attempts. As they used decomposed bodies of mutants to be fertilizer for the growth of plants, there was certain risk of long-term intake of plants to lead mutations. But it was better than nothing for desperate people with no hope.

 Another form of currency used were mutated crystals found in the head of Zombies to barter foods, items and services in the Apocalyptic Period. These crystals were of diamond shape and different colors as related to their tiers, such as white, green, red, purple, blue, yellow, orange and more high tiers were still not known. These developments lead to formation of some small organizations, middle standard organizations and High-level organizations which regulated the order in the Apocalyptic Era and decide the fate of Normal People by monopolizing goods and services and using them as slaved cannon fodders. This also led to a steep increase in the drift of rich and poorer once again, as high as Heaven and low as Dirt.

 Few different large organizations emerged in the Felon- Apocalypse World were as:

MILITARY (A Government force with Super Humans, Mutated Soldiers and Normal Soldiers to maintain the order and development of Apocalypse World) 

SUPER HUMAN ASSOCIATION ( A pure Super Human Organization of most reserve force to fight the unknown dark forces of the Apocalyptic World and Zombies, Monsters with apex three known 'S' rank Super Humans.

ARISTEMIC CHURCH (a church in name and cult in operation with hidden motives, mostly guide about salvaging people in the Apocalypse Era...following the order of Holy Priests and Holy Knights to destroy abominations and heal poor souls in the world.)

TSAR (A Villain Super Human dark organization of advanced technology with cruel nature and assuming themselves as New Rulers of the New World) 

MERCENARY FEDERATION (It is also a Super Human Organization built on trust and faith of 'Mercenary King' – An 'S' rank Super Human with sole purpose to protect mercenaries and providing employment opportunities with missions of various dangers levels to fight Zombies. This Organization stand to protect mercenaries from these High-Level Organization and to let them earn their fair shares)

There were many Higher hidden unknown organizations under the veil....moving silently and working for their hidden plans for greater stage.

 Middle level organizations were directly or indirectly associated with these known Larger Organizations and aimed to monopolize humans as cannon fodder for their purposes and to transfer in the circle of Larger Organizations and Higher-Level Shelters and Safe Zones to increase their chance of survival and security with a morsel of peace in the apocalypse, but in reality they were dogs of Higher Organizations. Their actions were controlled and maintained by higher ups. Some of the famous small organizations were 'HOUNDS', 'ROSES', 'ANGELS', 'ROCKS', 'THORNS' and etc., 

 Lower Levels were Ragtag groups, Military's soldiers and mercenary squads of lower level on escort missions with some Super humans. Generally, in the wild zones of containment areas with Mercenaries and Military dispatched to their rescues. It was essential for these trained personnels to be equipped in survival methods of creating temporary shelters by killing zombies. They stealthily cleared passages and securing resources with hidden ruin shelters left by survivors, when moving in search of safe zones for survival. 

 As such John Carter a lower-level mercenary with only mutated body and no Super Human ability, he was sent on a escort mission of an expedition of a caravan to explore Desert Ruins. He didn't wanted to go on a long term mission, labelled as a suicide mission. But he was bound with pressure to survive and few resources, as an 'F' rank mercenary. He was left in the dust by other mercenaries and SHELTER- 17 people. As he barely had anything to eat ...…. with very few choices and nothing to lose, other than this life. He left on this expedition...…................
