Upon returning to my room, I immediately changed into something more comfortable and pulled out my phone to update myself on recent activities going on in the area and things pertaining to the streaming and YouTube world. After a brief browsing session, I discovered some channels that looked very interesting and found some content that I felt like would be fun to spend time on. There were even a few events I would have been interested in going but for now I felt like I had to really settle down and be more familiar with LA before I started going out for these activities.

Feeling like it was quite late, I decided to take a relaxing bath before heading out for dinner. The hot water soothed my aching muscles from the long day of driving and exploring. As I lounged in the tub, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this new life I was building for myself.

Then my mind wandered to the car I bought. 'I got that Wrangler for 70,000 dollars which is more on the expensive side but it suited my taste perfectly with the black paint and red interior. Considering the money I had and could keep making I could've gone for something more expensive and flashy but I feel like I made a nice choice. I don't really fancy a sports car. I don't have anything against it but that's not my first choice. Mmm, maybe I could opt for a more comfortable car that focuses more on comfort than speed in the future but that's for another day'.

After getting out of the tub, I put on something simple and walked out to a decent restaurant nearby for a quiet meal. Done with dinner, I returned to my room, feeling well-rested and rejuvenated. I pulled up some online listings for available penthouse apartments in the area and took a closer look at the photos. It truly was stunning, with panoramic views of the city and all the modern amenities I could ever ask for. I made a mental note to inquire about it further tomorrow.

As I crawled into bed, I couldn't help but wonder what being a content creator was like and just how far I'll go down that path. With that, I drifted off to sleep, dreaming of endless possibilities in the city of angels.

I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day. I did a little bit of push-ups and after working up a sweat I washed down and ordered room service.

After breakfast, I decided to take another look at those penthouse listings I'd seen earlier. One in particular caught my eye - a stunning, 3 million dollar penthouse apartment with panoramic views of the city and all amenities were provided along with a parking space. I knew I had to have it. But just to be sure I was choosing a property that matched my money's worth, I looked at more apartments. I noticed that about four that caught my eye all belonged to the same real estate company so I made a call to the number provided.

"Hi, this is Skyline Real Estates, my name is Lola , your name and how may I help you today"

"Hey, I'm Sylvester and I'm calling about the apartments that you put up on your listings in the Downtown area"

"Alright Sylvester, so with regards to the apartments, do you have something specific in my mind or you're open to suggestions?"

"Well Lola, I'm interested in the penthouse apartments and want to know if they're still available"

"Yes Sir they are but for these properties, you need an appointment and fortunately my schedule is open for the day, are you available this afternoon?"

"No problem, I'm good to go"

Sylvester felt a surge of excitement as he hung up the phone with Lola from Skyline Real Estates. He quickly made an appointment to view the penthouse apartments that had caught his eye, eager to see if they lived up to his high expectations.

The time of the appointment arrived, and Sylvester was dressed to impress as he made his way to the downtown area.

The master bedroom featured a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and rainfall shower.
