Chapter 66- Hold On Tight

As Polly stepped out of the pack house, she adjusted the hem of her sparkly silvery top. She paired it with high-waisted black jeans and ankle boots, feeling both stylish and comfortable in them.

Her bright green eyes darted towards the sound of a powerbike roaring somewhere, and she spotted the girl from the coffee shop, her raven-haired beauty framed by the black helmet she was putting on. Earlier this morning, Polly had been bubbling with excitement about the karaoke night ahead. She had even taken the time to pick out her outfit by herself, a small victory in her book. But now, as the time to leave approached, her enthusiasm had begun to wane.
