Chapter 83 Difficult Choice

　　"What?!" exclaimed Elaine, unable to believe her ears. She looked up at Cheryl, hoping to see a reassuring smile that would confirm that what she had just heard was a bad joke.

　　"Unsealing your body to become a werewolf will cause unprecedented pain, an enormous shock that will most likely result in losing your child. But this is the only way to save Sherman's life," Cheryl replied bitterly.

　　As Elaine's closest friend, Cheryl knew the kind of pain Elaine had already endured and understood how much her child meant to her.
