Grief And Accusations

It was Mark's turn, and he was called into the interrogation room.

"Where were you an hour ago?" Officer Blackwood began the questioning as she sat down in front of Mark, with Officer Johnson beside her.

"I remember being in the toilet," Mark replied, tears still streaming down his cheeks.

"Did you see Samuel walk into the mansion?" Officer Johnson inquired, his eyes focused on Mark.

"I didn't know the exact time he arrived, but he came to the toilet and we had a chat," Mark responded.

"Was it just the two of you in the toilet?" Officer Johnson asked, raising an eyebrow.

"There was only one toilet, and he urgently entered, telling me he needed to pee, which I allowed. That was the first time I saw him at the party until I came out of the toilet ten minutes later, only to find him dead," Mark replied.

"Why were you in the toilet for over ten minutes?" Officer Johnson asked, raising an eyebrow as he scribbled on paper.
