Lost memories

Shadley knew what they were about to do . His father wanted to use robecca to wipe out memories of Tracy and he wasn't going to let that happen.

Shadley sat on the hospital bed, his hands clasped tightly together as he eyed Rebecca warily. The atmosphere in the infirmary was tense, his friends and father standing by his side, their expressions a mix of concern and skepticism.

Rebecca's eyes bore into Shadley's, her gaze steely and determined. She knew what needed to be done, and nothing would stand in her way. With a swift, commanding gesture, she began to recite the words of the hypnotic spell, her voice cold and unwavering.

As the words washed over him, Shadley felt a chill run down his spine. He knew that he didn't want to forget Tracy, his true love and soulmate, despite the pain and heartache her mistreatment had caused. But the force of Rebecca's will was overwhelming, pushing him deeper and deeper into a state of submission.

Images of Tracy's tear-streaked face flashed through Shadley's mind, a pang of guilt and sorrow stabbing at his heart. He had promised to always remember her, to never let her go. But as Rebecca's powers took hold, he felt those memories slipping away, fading into the darkness.

Sharpay pleaded with Rebecca to stop, to release Shadley from her grasp. But she paid to sharpay no heed, her focus laser-sharp as she continued to manipulate his mind, erasing every trace of Tracy from his consciousness.

As Shadley's eyes glazed over, his body going limp in the grip of the hypnotic trance, his loved ones could only watch helplessly, their hearts breaking at the sight of his betrayal.

And as Rebecca finally released him from her spell, Shadley blinked dazedly, a vacant look in his eyes. The memories of Tracy were gone, buried deep within his subconscious, lost to him forever.

As he stumbled to his feet, his friends and father exchanged sorrowful glances, knowing that Shadley would never be the same again. And as they left the infirmary, a heavy silence hung in the air, the weight of their shared grief pressing down on them like a shroud. While Shadley fell asleep.

Back in Lucian's castle...Tracy's eyes fluttered open as the first gentle rays of morning sunlight filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow over her peaceful bedroom. She lay there for a moment, basking in the rare sensation of waking up without the lingering shadows of nightmares haunting her mind.

With a contented sigh, Tracy pushed back the covers and swung her legs over the side of the bed. Rising to her feet, she made her way to the large windows and pulled back the heavy curtains with a sense of anticipation, not quite prepared for the flood of light that poured into the room.

The brilliance of the sunlight took her by surprise, the room and the world beyond transformed by its golden touch. Where just yesterday had been a gloomy, dim day, today was a canvas of brightness and possibility, the colors vibrant and alive in a way she had never seen before.

Inhaling deeply, Tracy felt a sense of peace wash over her, a calmness she hadn't felt in months settling into her bones. The weight of the world seemed to lift from her shoulders as she took in the beauty of the new day, the promise of a fresh start shimmering on the horizon.

With a renewed sense of purpose, Tracy crossed the room to the expansive bathroom, the sunlight dancing playfully across the tiles and reflecting off the gleaming surfaces. She splashed cool water on her face, the sensation refreshing and invigorating as she cleansed away the last remnants of sleep.

Turning to the wardrobe, Tracy paused, her fingers grazing the array of clothes hanging neatly before her. "Wow... How come Lucian has all these... Did he prepare them for me or are they perhap for his... "She bit her tongue and shrugged at the thought.Today was a day unlike any other, a day filled with endless possibilities and potential. Choosing an outfit that resonated with her newfound sense of optimism, she dressed quickly and with purpose, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips.

As she made her way out of the room, the sunlight wrapped around her like a warm embrace, guiding her into the day with a newfound sense of joy and wonder. Tracy knew that this was the beginning of something beautiful, a chapter in her life where the shadows of yesterday gave way to the brilliance of tomorrow.

"La,la,la,la,la,"She hummed as she walked to the halls of the Castle admiring its beauty and open to find Lucian.

"Ugh... Goodness. Why is it so bright in here?" A deep male voice echoed." Can you darken your mood the whole Castle is beaming with brightness. "Lucian snared squinting his eyes.

"Lucian!" Tracy called out with a smile running to his side. " Good morning." She greeted with a warm smile.

"Someone looks energetic and happy. "Lucian commented as a opened his eyes fully. " Hmm... I had a good night rest. Something I haven't had in a long time. Is it perhaps the effects of the Castle? "Tracy asked. It was because Elias had helped in warding off the nightmares and visions she would have had, but Lucian didn't say anything.

"I see. Well can you do a favor for me and darken your mood. tyhis place is as bright as heaven. "Lucian snarled.

"Me?How?" Tracy asked.

"How about to think of your home mortal lover "Lucian suggested with a smirk and at the thought of shadley the place slightly darkened. " Much better"Lucian commented with a smug.

"How does it have to do with me?"Tracy asked again. Lucian turns to her. "The castle and your surrounding will now respond to your emotion whether negative or positive." Lucian explained and Tracy gave a questioning look." Follow me." Lucian commanded and Tracy followed after him

"Where are we going? "Tracy asked walking few steps behind Lucian but he ignored a question. " Um... Is it okay with you, I wore one of the dresses in the wardrobe. "She inquired.

"Sure. They belong to you." Lucian said in a low tune and Tracy's face brightened up and so did the Castle. "Really?"she asked with a grin and Lucian turned to her while she subconsciously took a step backward.

"What is the use of Awakening if you can't control your powers?" Lucian questioned with a serious look and Tracy's face dimmed." B-but... I don't know what my powers her. You killed Alicia even before I got a chance to" Tracy sputtered.

Tracy gazed at Lucian with a mixture of curiosity and trepidation, sensing the weight of his words even before he began to speak.

"Tracy," Lucian began, his voice resonating with a soothing yet commanding tone, "there is something extraordinary about you that you must know. You are not just an ordinary girl; you are an Eldrenos, a being of incredible power and influence."

Tracy's eyes widened in astonishment, her heart racing with a mix of excitement and uncertainty. She had always felt a deep connection to the natural world, but the idea that she held such immense power within her seemed almost too fantastical to believe.

"As an Eldrenos," Lucian continued, his gaze unwavering, "you possess the ability to control and manipulate the elements of nature. Fire, water, air, and earth are yours to command, and with them, you can shape the world around you in ways that few can even fathom."

Tracy's breath caught in her throat, the realization of her true nature sending a surge of energy coursing through her veins. The very ground beneath her seemed to tremble with the sheer magnitude of her untapped abilities, waiting to be unleashed.

"But that is not all," Lucian continued, his voice filled with a sense of reverence. "As an Eldrenos, you also have the power of the mind at your disposal. Your psychic abilities are unparalleled, allowing you to delve into the depths of the unconscious, communicate telepathically, and foresee events that are yet to come."

Tracy listened with rapt attention, her eyes sparkling with a newfound sense of purpose and wonder. The knowledge of her capabilities as an Eldrenos filled her with a sense of awe and responsibility, a realization that she was meant for something greater than she had ever dared to imagine.
