Chris lends Mana to Roxy, who raises 5.6 trillion undead and slaughter demons. This, she has an additional of 187 billion undead demons that she can control without question. The vampires recognized her power and she now controls 187 billion vampires in 187000 worlds.

Chris gave the collected Mana to Samara's wolves. These grew so large, then killed shedims...until they devoured the megaverse within minutes.
Samara: Mana from 2.9 quintillion demons x 10. (Used on wolves): The wolves could easily eat the megaverse an infinite amount of times over.
Chris sacrificed himself to be fetus in Roxy. It was great timing. She was about to replicate as her speech was repeating.
At this point, Chris had enough power to manifest a finger in 3D form all over the megaverse. The people then feared greatly and made Samara dictator, as Chris instructed. The people of the megaverse gave Chris their Mana.
Roxy: Okay, I will convince all the beings of the worlds that I have conquered to grant me absolute power and to give all their Mana to you.
Chris also made a blood pact with the fairy queen, and he kept some of her blood.
Chris took 10 million gems from Corvina.
Tricks Miralia into giving him 40 percent of her powers, including reality warping.
Tricked Isa. Chris used a Mana drainer and ignored Isa so she would be boiling mad.
Chris was successful. 1. Ate isa's multiverse as she ignored him, 2. He used Mana drain device to transfer her multiverse's Mana to a small portal behind Cheis' back, 3) towards corvina's Mana crystallizers, used by bribing followers, 4) had another portal to transport Mana crystals to Roxy's worlds.
Tricked Isa. Chris was able to pull strands of Isa's hair.
Samara: You have managed to trick Isa into believing that you are still the one being of her multiverse, but she doesn't know the truth about what you have done.
Uses Isa's friend to form a blood pact with her.
Borrows from Roxy: Mana collector of fear and Mana collector of happiness.
Because Isa violated her blood pact, Chris was able to force shadow clones out of her.

Chris, speaking as the baby in Roxy, revealed that before his elf avatar died, he transferred magical powers to his infant-vampire self. He did that by opening a tiny portal in Roxy's womb while the megaverse was scolding Samara.
Chris told Roxy about the vial, so she took it, and gave it to him. The infant then took the vial which entered the womb.
And, when he is born as the vampire god with elven powers and dragon cells (among others), he intends to impregnate one beautiful and voluptuous demon queen.

There was also the compounded effect. The elves, werewolves, and even many vampires are deeply attached to the moon, in honor of moon goddesses, such as Selene. Samara, Lisette, and Roxy could have been conspirators, but the connection with blood hints at the vampire queens being the suspects.
One other thing was a Mana drain device, nearby that fed on despair and fear.
