41. A Spectacle

"We live in a world where there is more and more information and less and less meaning." — Jean Baudrillard

As the live stream commenced, the screen was adorned with the Syzygy logo, a captivating sight of three planet-shaped spheres encircled by two horizontal and one vertical rings, set against a deep blue backdrop. The logo dissolved, giving way to a melodic tune and an intriguing trailer.

Seeing the cinematic trailer begin, Paul felt very nostalgic; he had seen this many years ago and still found it somewhat thrilling.

It began in the northern mountains with a snowy castle as a messenger, his heart pounding, rapidly ran through the halls. The epic music and the sound of boots running across stone built a sense of anticipation, hinting at the thrilling adventure to come.

Once the messenger arrived before the human king, he quickly bowed before the middle-aged man with a handsome silver beard adorned in opulent clothing and jewels.
