With a few hundred players watching in person and who knows how many on various live streams, the fight between COOLMATH and Irene started with them closing the distance since they were primarily melee.

As soon as they got within a few meters, Irene strategically used a small AOE ability called Magma Aura that followed her around and dealt damage over time.

In response, COOLMATH cast Sigil of Protection, a templar ability that looked like a glyph of light on the ground below him, increasing his protection and slowly healing him. After his body began glowing, symbolizing that he was under the sigils effect, the noble-looking knight held up his sizeable two-handed shield and held it in front of him.
