Jayden's POV

After stepping out of the bathroom, I got dressed and called on Jimmy. I asked him to inform the blonde about her, getting here in two hours and I left for my study.

I wrote down some necessary guidelines down with ink, for both Mandy and Daisy—they'd need the guidelines while I'm gone.

When I was done orchestrating my plans in the study, I moved into the room and stayed by the window side.

I looked through it to check out all that's going on outside, but only the thought of what Alex could be doing, or has become out there came flashing in my head.

I stayed by the window side for a while, deep in thoughts, and precipitously felt her presence in the room through her fascinating scent.

I swiftly turned in her direction, and there, I found her staring at me like a ghost, as she remained stiff in a position.
