Caspian shook his head again, he had no intention of speaking, ever. Because that would only give away his gender.
“I don’t like to repeat myself, Omega.” His voice darkened.
Caspian’s heart thudded painfully in his chest in fear, he really didn’t want to get anywhere near the Alpha.

Jael stared at his phone after the call dropped, he had been on his way back after completing a mission.

Making arrangements for someone to clear out the things in the apartment Caspian had stayed in for a couple of days was easy.

The unexpected conversation reminded him that he still needed to run a background check on him.

So after reporting to Asher, he settled in a private room and fired up his laptop. He would rather the boss didn't walk in on him because explaining his way out of that would be tricky.

He couldn't exactly ask Caspian although that would make his work a lot more easier.

He hadn't been able to get any useful information out of the thug that kidnapped him, so he was basically searching blind.

After ten minutes of making next to no progress because there were way more 'Caspian Mendezes' than there should be - not knowing where the Omega came from also meant that he had to cast a wide net.
