"It was a misunderstanding," Seth immediately started flapping his lips, "I had no idea he was one of your men."
Nikolai glanced over at Angelo who was completely dazed, the assassin was as pale as a ghost, pupils dilated. "That's not my fault now, is it?" He went on lightly, and despite his friendly words, he had a gun shoved past the Alpha's teeth, his other hand holding tightly to his hair.
Angelo flinched at the sound of a gun going off, Milani's scream coming from somewhere in the room. It helped to pull him out of his spiral, his darkening vision clearing up in time to see Nikolai toss aside the Alpha that had forced him like trash.
The Alpha was missing the lower part of his jaw, his eyes staring unseeingly at the ceiling as he gurgled and twitched a few times before going still.
Nikolai had put his gun away by the time he got to him, "Am I the only one you have no hesitation to kill?" He leaned forward to put them at eye level.
