The company was nothing like FluxCorp. LuxeLoom was written in bold black letters with a backlit backdrop. The foyer was far from peaceful and quiet, with people dashing around wearing flashy clothing or very little clothing.
Jael stood behind Rosie as a stressed-out fashion designer hurried past with someone holding a mannequin behind him, relieved that this wasn't the company that Rosie had been stationed.
"So what do we need to do?" He asked dryly, the both of them standing out as the only ones not hurrying around.
A tall lady wearing what looked like a single piece of shimmering fabric on incredibly high heels hurried over, she flashed them a blinding white smile.
"Hi Rosie," She greeted affably, her voice slightly raspy, blonde hair deliberately messy. "Bea has been waiting for you, I'll take you right to her."
