252. Jirachi: Wish Maker 1

Ash and his party met at the museum because they were invited by Captin Stern himself to have lunch with him.

"By the way, Ash, I have a little good news here that I feel you will definitely like." Captin Stern suddenly said mysteriously while drinking a pale colored wine made from Sitrus Berries.

"Ohh, and what news might that be?" If it is any news that Ash would like, it is definitely be news related to Pokémon.

"Have you guys ever heard of something called the Millennium Comet?" Although it was not high Pokémon news, the comet, which can only be seen once every thousand years or so, still aroused the interest of the group, especially May and Max.

They immediately decided to follow the guide given by Captin Stern and headed to a place called Forina, which is the most ideal place to watch the comets as they go over in the night sky. Not only that, there will also be a large celebrations held in an amusement park there, which will make the whole experience very lively.

Forini is not too far from Slateport City, the group believed that they would be able to reach their soon without much delay.

The preparations for hitting the road were now complete. Ash and his party could not restrain their curiosity and immediately set off for Fornia without staying in Slateport City for another day.

When they finally arrived at the location described in the guide after a long and barren journey, they found that the area was just a desolate open space with no humans or Pokémon's.

"Nothing..." May collapsed, "Ash, what should we do? It's already so late at night!"

Brock repeatedly checked the guide book given by Captin Stern, and compared it to their location for a hot minute to confirm again, "It's not wrong. It's really so strange that there isn't anything here..."

"If we aren't able to see it, it just means that we are not destined to see it, it's simple. Don't get too bummed about it, it's fine."

Ash, as their team leader, comforted everyone up, "Max, prepare some firewood from that heap over there. Brock, can you please make a fire and cook some midnight snacks for everyone.

After we are full, we can go to bed early. Since the location is correct, let's just camp here to see what happens later. According to Captin Sterns calculations, we should be able to see the comet tomorrow, we just don't need the festival."

Although they couldn't attend the amusement park this time, at least they could see the Millennium Comet, which is something that is definitely worth waiting for.

Just as everyone started to set up camp according to Ash's instructions, a group of convoys came from the other side of the mountain range.

"Everyone, look!"

Max was immediately pleasantly surprised when he saw what it was.

That was exactly the fleet carrying the ferries wheel and other rides like it! What Captin Stern meant was actually a mobile amusement park and not some parmament park.

The convoy stopped in the middle of the open space in front of everyone, and the staff immediately began to decorate the area to their liking. Ash and his group quickly packed up their half-made camp and ran to watch the show closely.

Scenes of magical changes unfolded in front of them, all vehicles were deformed in an instant, and various amusement facilities were being arranged out of almost thin air.

Just the newly erected ferries wheel made May, Max and Ralts cheer continuously.

The last ones to arrive were a container truck and an RV, which, like the finale, attracted the attention of Ash and his group more than the others.

They saw a young man in a white tuxedo walking out of the container truck carrying a box. His handkerchief turned into a cane, and he opened the box and pulled out large pink elastic balls.

The big balls jumped to the RV on the opposite side in turn. A beautiful blind women in a red dress walked out from behind the RV holding two red feather fans.

The big balls exploded immediately when they arrived at their designated location, leaving behind eight rectangular parallelepiped devices. They were automatically connected together, stretched out the brackets, and inflated air bags to form a large tent with an openable and closable top.

Just from this wave of operations, Ash guessed that this was a stage for their main magic show.

The most shocking thing was that this mobile playground actually had railroad tracks in it, which attracted a small train to bring the first wave of tourists to the amusement park from who knows where.

The grou split up and went to visit their favorite attractions in the park. Ash took May on a small day in all the skill challenges, and even got a dozen Pokémon dolls because of him using his Psychic discreetly.

May even gave Ash a light kiss on the cheek when Ralts wasn't looking.

Ash thought maybe it was because of his Bond System that May was becoming more physical with him recently, which he really didn't mind as he really did like May as more than just a friend.

And Pikachu definitely noticed but decided not to comment on this after seeing Misty kissing Ash that one time.

He just wished he knew what was happening, that's it.

Ash's little Ralts was very fond of these dolls. She dragged her white skirt and jumped on top of the dolls one by one. She couldn't put it down after playing with them, and finally sat down on the back of a large Arcanine doll. She was missing her best friend, Growlithe, a lot recently. Even though they talk almost everyday, she wants to sit on her soft fur.

The finale was indeed a magic show like Ash had expected. The man in the tuxedo, Butler, was known as the great magician, he could actually fly out a dozen or so Swablu from his hat like it wasn't anything.

The blue and white Swablu are relatively common in the Hoenn Region, and they could eventually evolve into an Altaria, known as the "Dragon Traitor", but Asb has yet to meet one that was a good match with him.

If he did, he would love to have an Altaria for his Pokémon Contest team and his regular team.

"LaRue!"

At the end of the magic, a small petite white Pokémon appeared from Butler's hat, and Ralts immediately called out from Ash's shoulde.

"Thats a Kirlia, Ralts, don't worry, you will evolve soon under the training of Big Bro, and then evolve into the super strong Gardevoir!" Max likened Ralts the most out of any co Ash's Pokémon's.

He said comfortingly upon hearing its voice.

Ash smiled and said, "Lets not be in a hurry, she was just a little surprised to see Kirlia!"

Kirlia stood on the table looking elegant. Butler put the hat back on, and then covered it with a big red cloth. He lit the red cloth, but a cloud of pink smoke burst out.

When the smoke dissipated, Butler's assistant, the woman named Diane, stood up from the table holding a large piece of crystal.

Sure enough, it was the final move in their magic trick.

The audience readily applauded them for this, after all, it really was a wonderful little show.

Diane raised the crystal in her hand high, and the crystal suddenly emitted a dazzling light. The audience naturally thought that this was also just another of the magic effect and watched intently, but Ash frowned when he saw that.

"It's...calling to me...I hear the voice of the stars…"

"Big Bri!" Max suddenly pinched Ash's arm, "I heard a small voice in my head."

Ash frowned a little, "Are you talking about the sound of stars?"

Max's eyes lit up and he nodded repeatedly, "Yes, yes, so you als heard the sound. Whose voice was this?"

Ash pointed to the crystal held by the assistant magician Diane on the stage. Max turned his head and saw that the crystal seemed to be emitting a bright halo of light.

Then the voice spoke again, "It's me... Jirachi!"

Hearing this, Max ignored Ash's light blockage and ran onto the stage without any authorization, came to Diane, pointed at the crystal and said, "I heard a sound. I really heard a sound form there!"

However, Butler and Diane invited Max to assist with the magic, put him into the box, and after only counting ten seconds, they blasted the box to pieces with a Hyper Beam.
