Zenfedel

The story follows a man Gill,  who was an assistant detective that got reincarnated to an alternate world after getting killed in an explosion, in the body of a man called Clad where technology isn't as advanced as his world. The Alternate world he is in has countless secrets and mysteries the public doesn't know, unfortunately the body Gill possesed found out one but was foolish enough to expose it to someone causing his death. The new owner of the body, Gill now has to live a difficult new life the previous owner caused.

In the middle of the night tall trees can be seen falling down from afar in the forest of Kelpin. At the spot of the of location, a woman with white hair and dark blue eyes wearing white jeans and white blouse can be seen running from something and heavily gasping for air.

"Hey! ..Mr. Investigator what do we do now!"

Beside the woman, a man wearing a black trousers and brown jacket with incredibly white skin, black hair and pure black eyes, which made him look out of blood and soulless. He seemed surprised about something, but quickly collected himself and looked at the sorroundings.

Black flames all over the place trying to engulf the whole forest and dark green acid withering the lushy green grounds. In the middle of this, a humanoid figure with bloodshot eyes, messy hair, and torn clothes can be seen panting heavily.

"How can i calm down!? That's an advanced chimera!"

"Furthermore we've been running and attacking for more than 30 minutes but we gave no serious injuries to it at all!"

"Stop ignoring me!! ..I'll really report you!"

"Stop shouting would you? Atleast we made it tired.."

"I'll only stop shouting when I'm safe!!"

"Why did i even accept your request.."

Cutting of the woman, the man shouted in the elvish.

As the man shouted, glowing dark red chains suddenly appeared in the ground near the tall trees and latched themselves at the supposed chimera, the dark red glow of the chains and black flames around the place made it look like a battle scene from a gory movie.

The monsters struggles caused the chains to clatter that filled the silence of the forest.

The man squinted his eyes and the dark red chains around the chimera tightened, blood bursted and the it's bones cracked causing the chimera's death, as the whole body of the creature fell to the ground it spasmed for a while before laying completely motionless, the man began to ready himself for the clean up.

"I-i mean.. If you could have just done that from the beginning your job would've been finished a while ago!"

"I didn't expect it to survive that long.."

"You shoud've gone for the kill right off the bat if you could do that.."

The man cleaning the corpse and extinguishing the black flames stayed silent for a moment, as the dark red chains slowly dissipated.

"No, If you counted the time till now we've just been here for around 30 minutes, if i couldn't kill it in 30 minutes then i will use those chains since it took me 30 minutes to prepare it"

"Those chains were just countermeasures incase something happens"

The man finished extinguishing the black flames and hiding the blood stains, burn mark, and other unnatural things in nature. He stored the body in a special sack and put it in his wooden backpack.

After getting inside the town they went on their seperate ways and bid farewell

"You can give me the payment tommorow"

He's more stronger than those guys from the Supfel department isn't he? How is he not getting caught.. or am i the first one to actually see him fight?

Fedelia's was confused and in awe of what just happened that she felt like a fool for daring to expose the investigator.

As the sun began to rise, the light and warm sunshine kept the event undiscovered from normal citizens and life continued as if nothing occured.
