Chapter 14.- Purple Cloud Dew

Vail is already in the Muscles tempering mid stage and could control the strength of the muscles more flexibly to over come the blond spots in his field of vision.

Even when Vail is not targeting the Vine directly but just hammering them without any target in his mind with the hammer form of his weapon, he is still making a decent contact make the vines siekk again and again.
With every attack, several vines were damaged and several have crushed under the impact of Thorn.
Some of the vines also latched on his body, his hand and legs are entangled make him slow down his attacking and killing speed.
The number of vines are way too much for him to handle but the vines also not doing any substantial damage to him.
From time to time, he also through fire crystals in the dense areas to relieve his pressure.
"Trinetri, there are way too many for me to handle, I would be to much tired to even lift my hand much less the heavy Thorn" said Vail as he is having hard time.
{I have told you to practice with your weapon and gat a feel of it, but you just jumped in the middle of the hoard, now don't get away from the center and make distance, as these are children vines, they won't go away from the mother vine}
"Ohh, children vines are already in the Second rank then to have the children under its control the mother vine should be at least in the Third Rank" said Vail as he make an assumption over the strength of the mother Vine.
Suddenly, from the central part of the flower field, several thick Vines comes out of the ground and it also made a great commotion at the same time, the children vines also gets excited and redoubles their efforts to take down the enemy.
Small Vines are about t fingers in thickness, but they are more flexible and slippery, because of it, it is very hard to pry them from the body.
{Vail you should throw the fire crystals and face the mother vine as it could be helpful to fight with a enemy that if more powerful than you, Mother vine is almost reaching Rank 4 monster, It is going to make a break through in the rank and didn't want to come out early}
{But you have forced it to make move by killing its controlling vines, and it is going to make a break through by using the small vines as its nutrition}
"Good but I also want to make use of the Umbrella form of the Thorn, it may look like a defensive form but I think there is room for growth in this form as well"
He pulls out his weapon and will's it to take Umbrella form, the feathers of different monsters and different type adorned with a distinctive pattern, dazzled in the sunlight.
It is a breadth taking sight as the flower field have suddenly a more beautiful flower bloomed, making it quite an amazing sight.
Vail starts to use his weapon in a totally different manner, rotates the weapon and also revolves himself in his own place as well. It creates a great momentum and the feathers pass through the vines like a hot knife in the butter.
When he thinks that he have enough fun and the mother vine is also closing on him at a great speed, so he throws several fire crystal bloomed and blasted in the different parts of the field.
Mother Vine stops for a second after feeling the fire crystal blast but it suddenly overcome the fear when it thinks that its breakthrough is disturbed and interrupted by the enemy.
The Vine is like a very long snake the have colorful body and adorned with tiny flowers all over it. as the vine gets in the attacking range it lashed out at the enemy.
Vail also seen the Vine attacking him from the top of his head.
He erected the Thorn in the Umbrella form over his head and the other end of the thorn is placced on the ground and he braced himself for the impact.
Dooonnnnn.....
The sound that is like the mettle is colliding to another mettle and the impact shakes the whole Thorn and its feathers like a truck has slammed in the concrete wall.
Vail also gets disoriented and make a closing motion of the ear with his one free hand "hummmpp...."
That sound also made Vail feel pain in his ear drums as he was just under the umbrella form of Thorn, and the sound is amplified below the Thorn.
"Shit, that has almost made me a Dumb" cursed Vail as he regains his composure and ready to attack the mother vine, The thorn also has inserted one third into the ground by this attack.
Vine also shirked as the tip of the Thorn is pointy and underneath is was the spherical ball, The pointy end have inserted in the vine almost breaking it into two.
The Blood crystal that is present in the Spherical Ball of the Thorn, shines and the liquid from the Vine is digested by it.
Vine was damaged and at one end and Vail came up with a sudden attack at the damaged part, the circular part of the Thorn skimmed at the wounded part of the vine. This time the feathers have to struggle to cut through the damaged part of the Vine but in the end it cut plainly.

The Vine shirks and pulls itself to make distance from the attacker, the green liquid flows out from the damaged part.
The Wounded part doesn't takes long to regrow on its own at a break neck speed, after a while it grows as new as before the attack.
This time Vine doesn't attacked blindly instead it comes towards the attacker with its whole body and both of its end were used to attack from different direction.
"Well it is going to be very hard to deal with an enemy that could grow itself at this pace" said Vail as he jumped over the coming attack, kicks the vine and made a reverse attack vertically over the vine.
{It can not grow itself indefinitely but it has a tenacious body, try to end the fight as it would be troublesome if it break through under the pressure}
{You have to leave the battel field if that happened, Injure it in the middle as the end could grow fast but if you bisect it in the middle then it is possible that it would take a very long time to regrow itself}
"You are right, I was also thinking about that, if I somehow divide it in the two part then what would happen, would it grow two complete Vine or which part of it would grow" vail is playing guessing game in his mind and asked about his doubt.
{This Vine is not its real body, the main body is the size of a small snake of about 13 feet long, so the main body that is attached to it resides in one portion that would grow and other one would wither and become its own nutrition}
"Wow, and here I thought that the Vine is itself the body, now how could I find out that where is the real body is and how should I eliminate it" said vail as he was thinking for the solution.
{You could not find out right now as you do not have Divine Sense, you have a strong spirit but to have divine sense you need to unlock your sea of consciousness to a certain level}
{You also don't have any type of mystic eyes that could have been helpful and appraisal ability also don't have enough level to show its weakness}
{You just fight it out and when the half portion tries to grow itself the you will find out on your own}
After a long struggle and entanglement, Vail have been successful to divide the Vine in several parts.
Standing in front of a large part that is trying to regenerate and regrow but could not do so, It is littered with holes, Vail is also looks like, he has just taken a dip in the green viscous liquid.
Suddenly the green color snake like vine jumped out of the outer body and entangles Vail from his waist to neck but doesn't exert any power to itself just rolled over Vail's body and laid there with small holes on its body, and green liquid is coming out of these wounds.
"This ..... " Vail is also stunned by the sudden entanglement and was ready to make a move but he didn't sensed any retaliation and killing intent from the vine so he didn't attacked and stopped his hand.
{I think, it wants to surrender to you, you could tame it and as it is a willing surrender, you do not need to fear that it would attack you}

"Yes, you are right, I also lost the will to kill a defenseless being that has surrendered to me" said vail as he feels that his hand is licked with a smooth tongue.
He looks at the hand and saw that the Vine wants to pull in the central part of the flower field to show something.
As he approaches the center only to see a purple puddle in the middle that have a little hew over it.
