Chapter 20.- Consuming Phoenix Blood Essence
Vail put a break on the Profession Reward after asking Trinetri.
As he needed to be a Qi cultivator first and then he could burn his Qi to use with the corresponding Tools like corundum for alchemy, Hammer for Making weapons etc. and sprit would work as a guide for Qi.
"Trinetri, what do you think, are we far enough to look for a safe place or should I keep going" asked Vail as he is also little confused by the direction he should go.

It looks like a mango tree but the fruits hanging on this tree are pure black.
"I don't think I could eat those" said Vail as he approaches near the tree,
Suddenly the tree shook and one of the fruit was thrown at Vail, it is at a slow speed.
Vail thought the tree is giving him a meeting Gift so he choose to catch the fruit thrown at his.
His senses also didn't warn him so he relaxed a little bit and let the palm of his hands tough the fruit.
The Vine in his hand ducked suddenly and hide itself in his sleeve.
Although Vail found it quite peculiar, he didn't think much about it.

Just the fruit touched his palm, there is a defining sound of blast came.
Black liquid matter spilled all over his body and making him looks like he has just came out of the Black Mud.
"Damm...." Vail shouted under his mouth but he stopped as the black matter will go into his mouth.
He raised his head towards the tree on;y to see that several black fruits coming towards him.
H suddenly have a premonition that if he really stood here for a long time he would not able to see his face again.
He kicks his legs and runs towards the tree because the tree would not be able to dump its fruit at its own legs.
Fortunately he was right this time as tree really couldn't attack under its own nose.
Vail surveyed his surroundings and thought that he should not leave this place with so much black matter all over his body.
{Well every one has a bad Day Vail, you don't need to feel embarrassed, but this tree have given you a chance as well}
"How so, Trinetri" said Vail carefully,
{You could just let the Vine dug a tunnel under this tree and because it is an aggressive tree, it would attack anything moving and monster beasts included}
{If you don't harm its root, it will protect you as it is a level four plant monster, it would be enough to keep the low level monsters at bay}
"Hmm.. this is indeed a good solution" accented vail.
He pulls out the little vine from his sleeve and said, "Little Vine why don't you warn me about the fruit earlier"
'Master no time but also not harmful'

After understanding its master's thought, Vine inserted itself near the tree and goes into the ground and disappeared.
After some rumbling and crushing sound came from the bottom and some vibrations could also be felt.
The Little vine comes out from the ground from a big hole that could fit a person.
When the Vine came out, Vail has already cleaned himself and looked as good as new but the clothes on his body changed into Thick leaves and on his chest there is a wooden armor.
"Ok let go down there and get a power boost" Said Vail with a excited voice.
After going down, he closed the mouth of the hole and he also inserts several illuminating night pearls in the way and in the chamber itself.
He also put a air purifying stone in the chamber so that the air could be filtered continuously and have enough for him to breadth.
{You should let the Vine absorb and assimilate the Charred wood core and the phoenix have a large amount of fire present in it, it could be double reward for the Vine as Charred wood core is a carrier of fire as well}
"Well looks like little wine have won the lottery" said vain as he chide little vine with his fingers.
Vail sit in the crossed legged position and takes out the Phoenix Blood Essence from his sub space.
Even if it was a single drop of Blood essence, it has size of a basket ball.
Red in color and fire is burning on its surface, Vail was also stunned as he didn't accept that he had to assimilate with a fire ball all of a sudden.

"Trinetri are you sure that I could consume this fire ball, I am afraid of fire, and I don't feel like being cooked from inside on the top of that."
{It's alright, Phoenix is a proud but gentle but if you were to have Vermilion birds blood essence then I would have recommended not to take it till you are in Nerve Binding Realm}
"Ok here we go" said vail as he brought the the hand near the fire ball.

His fingers got burn as they got in touch with it but Vail gritted his teeth and brought it towards his mouth.
{If you are really uncomfortable to put it in your mouth then just make a cut near your heart and let your blood get in touch with it}
Vail immediately got in the action and took out a dart as the dart have the penetration function, and inserted it into his own chest above the heart.
Blood comes out at a very slow speed but that was enough for him to make it contact with the burning fire ball.
As soon as the blood and the Phoenix Blood essence touched, blood essence turned into liquid and flower into the veins of Vail through the cut.
