Chapter 18

GU LIANG

It felt like a raging storm had suddenly attacked the entire University, every single person was on urge. No one knew what was happening or what was going to happen. After all though it was not the weather but a storm in a form of a person had really entered the school. Those who remembered her were utterly stunned while those who knew nothing about her were confused.

Lee sighed as he stared at all the board members and professors of the school. When they got her about an hour ago, Storm had waltz in the premises like a warrior on a mission. She did not pay heed to anyone and strode straight to the principal's office. She literally kicked the woman out before shutting herself in there. Lee did not even know what was going on because she didn't even let him in. Half an hour after she locked herself there, all the board members of the school arrived.

All of them had received an email from the 'principal' demanding their presence. It's been 30 minutes since they got there and Storm was still not out yet. Everyone was feeling anxious, no one knew what she was doing in there, though Lee was not worried about her, he was worried about what she might find. He hoped the business was not in a huge problem. It would break his father to watch all his hard work go in vain.

"Who was that?"

"I could not believe my eyes, Storm had disappeared without a trace a few years ago. How is she back?"

"What! That was Storm Rivera? "

" Yes, she studied here a few years ago. I was one of her professors, of course I'd know her."

"If she left then why is she back? I heard she was part of a gang back then and never talked or smile at anyone."

" Hmm. That must be true, did you see all the tattoos she had? What kind of girl is she? I bet she also sleeps around..."

Lee had heard enough, he turned to silence all the whispers only to halt as the door opened. Storm stepped out of the Principal's office, she looked at him before turning on her heels and strode straight to the board room. Her message was loud and clear, he instructed everyone to follow her. Once they were all settled, there was a projector placed in front of the room and the lights were switched off.

It was all dark for a second before the projector turned on and all hell broke loose.

" What's the meaning of this?!" Someone exclaimed.

"Shameless!" Another exclaimed.

"How can such a thing happen in our school?!"

Everyone seemed to have something to say about the pictures that were displayed on the screen. Everyone except Storm who remained stoic. The pictures switched to reveal some CCtv footages, Lee was a second away from exploding in rage. How did all this happen without anyone noticing? He thought as he tightened his hold on the glass of water he was holding until it shattered to pieces.

After all the pictures and evidence was out in front of everyone, Storm stood up, walked over to the door and opened it. The police were standing there, she handed them the flash that she retrieved from the projector before storming out. Not even a word, not even a glance at any of them. She came in like a storm and left just as she came.

The police arrested half of the people in the room, while the others were all left shaken. Liang knew then that he had a lot to fix in the University or his father's hard work will all go down the drain. How had they not been notified about all of the atrocities that were happening in the school? The principal was sexually assaulting the students and pimping them off to some of the board members. Not only that, she was also running a drug business in the school and stealing most of the school funds.

Liang had absolutely no idea why anyone would such vile things and why the students never said anything. They might've been threatened but then again, it was all their fault for not paying thorough attention to everything going on around the school. His parents were going to be devastated, they also need to go to all the families whose children have been violated.

It was high time changes take place in the school and Liang was going to make sure of it. But first he needed to find Storm and calm her down.
