Goblin Dungeon

Xin's next target was the Goblin dungeon that was just near them. He was jogging towards it as it was just several streets ahead their home.

The wind was strong that night and a strong storm was brewing in the east. Several warnings of the local government to prepare for it.

He saw the news that several attempts were made in the raid of the Dungeon and the newbies were all a failure resulting to dungeon break.

Every failure of dungeon raid would lead to rampaging of monsters that gushed out of the portal and so the government has to proceed to eliminate them with guns. Sadly, guns were not able to be transported in the inside of the dungeon. Making sense why it made the dungeons have difficulty in closing them. If it was allowed then army would be enough to close them.

The only thing to have a problem was the A to S class dungeons where monsters has difficulty that even guns were not able to harm the monsters. And so S classes were deployed.

S class dungeons needed 10 S classes to raid it successfully and same with the ratio on the other Dungeon ranks.

The one thing that Xin targeted this dungeon was due to the boss item that he used in the past. It was called the goblin king necklace.

Goblin King anecklace

+ 10 to all stats

+ 200% damage to all types of goblins

+ Apply fear aura on all goblins

It would be sold to 7 million dollars. If Xin would imagine, he could at least buy several weapons that he liked but this item was precious in the low level category. The worth and value it has was uncountable when you encounter goblins.

Meeting them with this item would be a death wish on their side.

He was met by the dungeon manager and five people that looked at him cockily. He was wearing a tracksuit that made him like on an evening jog and has no car at all.

They all have sports car with them and dressed elegantly. Making them smell like rich people. He on the contrary looked like a social climber or the like. He seemed low class to them.

"See that guy? He has no car at all! Gosh how poor was he as a hunter?" Said the buff guy that has tattoos on his arms.

"Maybe he has a lot of debts and could only afford a spare change for such pleasantries." Said the female that has a red dress and summer hat.

"Damn at least have showmanship. Others would look down on hunters this way. He is such a bad example!" Said the young hunter.

"This way sir," said the dungeon manager. He has a suit and an eyeglasses. Combed brown hair and stout in stature.

At least he was kind unlike those cocky bastards.

And so, Xin went to the dungeon briefing room. It was airconditioned as they entered. All explained to him and he also bought several items for his clones. He reached level 6 so his clones would be 7. As reaching level 5 his clones added would be +2.

He bought items for a Tank, two swordsman, one dual wielder, bow and lots and lots of quivers of arrows. Basically, he has a team of just composing himself. After talking on his back while him on their presence, he used his powers to generate clones. Other teammates were shocked when the saw him clone himself and get readied.

He also has great mastery of weapons. No one could beat him in close combat in the past life as he trained in all kinds of weapons. Whether be it ranged or close quarters.

The meeting soon was about to start. But all the teammates were all looking at him.

"Hmmm, okay let's start the briefing. The dungeon requirements are these. The dungeon entry has to be only 10 people and with level 10 below. You have a level 10 mage so you are in good shape. The closing requirements are to kill the 200 goblins and it's king. The prize was the Goblin King Necklace which was highly valued."

The dungeon manager fixed his eyeglasses and then proceeded.

"You have 2 days, dungeon difficulty is on C so it is in good hands of your team leader. I will then end the briefing if there are no concerns," he said then inhaled, "Are there?"

"Hey, why is he so many? Is that unfair for us in distribution of loots?" The team leader asked the dungeon manager.

"Hmm, I will not mind what you will loot but also, don't intrude in what I want to loot too."

"Nonsense! What if he kills the boss and takes the goblin necklace? We need a fair share for it! Right guys?" He stood up and said it all out.

"Hmm? You want a share yes? Then I can already pay you all to abandon the raid and let me play solo." Xin said to them.

"Huh? What blabbering are you saying? You think you can pay us 1 million dollars each?" He said.

"Yes, now shoo. I still have a dungeon to close," Xin said then his clones stood up. They all went stiff and they were intimidated by his clones. All were looking battle hardened veterans.

The thing why Xin easily agreed was the mines that the dungeon behold. It was called mana crystals that the goblins mined there for many years. He could easily have several dollars per a fist size mana crystals. So mining for 2 days would make it empty as it was already mined and stored by the goblins.

Sun Xin already knew the outline of the internal map inside the cavern and knew where they have hidden the mana crystals.

It only needed to be taken and was waiting for him. With just the slight hassle of eliminating several hobgoblins that were guarding them.

And so, he also brought mining tools with him in his weapon storage. He readied to go inside the dungeon without the others as they were already paid.

"Sir, I advised to be careful inside. You are just several and money is good but also is life. Take care in there." The Dungeon manager said to him.

"Yes, of course." Xin said to him then entered the portal. Making the management team under that dungeon to worry.
