Walking back to Ashborne with Aaron feels surreal. 


The first thing I wanted to do when he found me in the med bay was run to Shawn. But Aaron explained that Shawn needed me to head back to Ashborne with him instead, and even though I wanted nothing more than to stay, I knew that Shawn couldn’t afford any distractions. 


Aaron was able to subdue Ramona quickly once she realized what was going on and tried to stop us. And then we were gone. As we made our way through the now battle-torn Helbane territory, I caught glimpses of my old pack and new pack fighting. I saw blood and bodies littering the grounds I once walked on.
