Standing in the shadowy part of the arena, Navi stares at Marien Lee who's standing on the brighter side.

The two death duellers lock eyes for a few seconds and then they calmly begin to move towards one another.

Steps turn into a march as they cover the small distance between themselves while holding their weapons thightly with blood on their mind.

Marien Lee holds his spear with both his hands and Navi also grabs his sword's handle with both his hands also.

It takes less than three seconds for Marien Lee and Navi to come into attacking range and at the last instant, both parties strike simultaneous with a brutal collision of metals bearing withness to the aftermath.

*!¡§LANG¡!*..*#•*.. *#•*..

Metalic sparks burst out as a chilling noise of blade and rod colliding spreads throughout the arena. The very intensity of the forceful collision is so brutal that it send shivers down countless disciple's spines.

Navi is blocking Marien's spear with his blade slantly pushing against it and Marien is blocking Navi's strike with his spear slantly against it.

For the next few seconds, the death duellers take a firm stance and push their weapons against each other with gritted teeths. They look to be in a contest of strength with each person trying to overpower the other though this clash is soon broken up as Marien brutally nods his helmet covered head into that of Navi's.

*BANG¡*..

The impact stumbles Navi a step backwards with rings of pain shooting through his head though Marien Lee is obviously out for the kill as he begins to strikes out at Navi with a new level of spearmanship.

The spear in Marien's hands seems to be a double sided whip as Marien dances to death's tune with the slightly stunned Navi.

A spear attack from the upper right gets deflected by Navi's quick blade followed by another spear attack from the bottom left that immediately meets the same fate.

Sparks flies in the shadowy part of the Duelling arena as two people gets entangled in a dance of death.

*!¡!CLANG!¡!*. *!¡!GLANG!¡!*. *!¡!CLANG!¡!*. *!¡!CLANG!¡!*. *!¡!THANG!¡!*.. †¡SPARK!¡†

In three seconds, six of Marien Lee's attack are deflected by Navi who does a desperate roll away to avoid the last swipe. Stepping back, Navi creates some space between himself and an very skilled blood-lusted Marien Lee.

'He has landed his third hit.', Navi calmly thinks to himself as he remembers the brutal head-butt he has recieved.

Due to Marien's helmet, Navi can feel some parts of his face torn from the impact of the blow. Due to the head-butt, Navi's nose is now bleeding over his lips and he's sure there are a few ugly scars on his face.

'Now,.. it's my turn!.', Navi thinks to himself as he calmly spins his sword's handle form his left hand to his right hand's grasp.

Something seems to have changed in Navi and this gets reflected in his cold orange eyes. Marien Lee seems to have sensed this change as he stops himself from charging forward for another round of attack.

Sweeping his hand through his head, Navi takes off the small metal ring that has been holding his hair in place. With one fluid motion, Navi pulls off the bangle as his lenghty ink-black hair is let loose all over his face.

Navi tilts his head to the side and then letting out a steamed breath, he hits the push as he races forward at Marien Lee.

Marien Lee is not the only one's that was holding back!.

With three fast and wide steps, Navi pushes himself into attacking range. He leaps off a foot and his blade arks through the air like a lighting whip.

For the first time since the beginning of this death duel, Marien Lee is on defense. Marien's eyes narrows with a twinge of fear as he can barely follow the speed of Navi's blade that comes descending towards him.

Raising his spear, Marien Lee reacts swiftly as he blocks the descending blade with the shear impact of the collision forcing him to stumble five steps backwards!.

Marien Lee manages stabilises himself with his spear head thrust in the ground though his eyes shows shock as he feels his hands lightly trembling on his spear.

The force behind that sword attack is monstrous!.

Raising his gaze up, Marien Lee is met with Navi's next attacks though this time he is ready.

†††*¡¡!§KLANG§!¡¡*..†††

Blade and rod collides once mire in air with Marien Lee's right knee bending slightly as he feels the impact knock into his weapon and body.

The spectating crowd is now in utter shock. Since the beginning of this duel, Navi has been on the defense though now that Navi is attacking, he has completely changed the rhythm of the duel with just two strikes. And Navi is not close to done!.

With Navi pulling his sword off Marien spear's rod, Marien immediately strikes to Navi who easily deflects the spear-attack directed to his shoulder.

Turning around, Navi gathers momentum as he strikes at Marien.

With his spear held in front of his chest, Marien blocks the attack though he releases a graon as he is once more pushed three steps backwards.

"Wait!.", Marien finds himself subconsciously whispering though Navi gives his words no attention as he rains three powerful consecutive attacks rains on Marien who does his best to defend as he struggles to keep up with Navi's imposing battle pace!.

The next collision of weapons pushes Marien two step back but Navi follows through. Marien blocks the next sword's strike but the next one is directed at Marien's grip on his spear. Taking a page off Marien's technique then making it better, Navi's hacks through with his strike taking off a good three of Marien's right hand fingers.

"Umraarrrgghhh!.."

Marien Lee lets go of his right hand grip on his spear as a shout of pain echoes from Marien's lungs.

Another harsh sword strike from Navi makes Marien completely lose grip on his spear and a follow-up kick stumbles Marien backwards.

Moving towards Marien, Navi uses a single hand to direct his weapon as he strikes once more though his blade is sharply avoided as Marien Lee steps to the left side before taking backwards steps away from Navi.

Holding up his right hand in pain, Marien Lee pants heavily as he looks at Navi with both fear and hatred.

Unlike what Marien has pictured before the duel, his own blood flows over his armour and his own flesh has been hacked apart.

Dropping his destroyed right hand from his field of vision, Marien looks at Navi though the fear in his eyes is now burnt up by unhidden rage.

With rage in every deep breath, Marien Lee uses his left hand to take up one of his nearby spears which have been embedded in the ground during the duel's previous actions.

Holding the spear in battle position with his left hand, Marien runs out of calm as he yells to Navi.

"COME ON YOU MONSTER!!!.", Marien Lee says loudly while Navi calmly walks forward in response to Marien's desperate 'pleas'.

Marien deeply refuses to fall here. With desperation and rage, Marien turns the spear in his hand as he attacks Navi with a slash though without his right hand to assist with momentum, Marien's slash is much weaker that what Navi can consider a threat.

Navi barely thinks as his blade goes into an ark while easily deflecting Marien's spear though Navi immediately follows up with another sword strike that draws Marien's blood once more.

Hit by Navi's strike, Marien Lee holds in a deeply pained groan as he stumbles two steps backwards with his broken and bloody right-hand fingers now gripping over his left biceps.

In the evening haze, thick crimison blood flows out of Marien's left biceps. Navi's second slash has ensured that the tip of Navi's blade explores Marien's flesh and muscles.

Breathing heavily, Marien's hand shakes in pain. He can no longer grip his spear properly and so he is forced to lets it fall to the ground.

Marien's eyes trembles a little as he looks at Navi while failing to comprehend how he suddenly finds himself in the wrong side of this bloody situation.

With his hands trembling, Marien Lee takes step backwards from Navibwhonis unhurried in his approach.

Marien takes in a deep breath and with his eyes blazing with fighting spirit, Marien uses his almost completely destroyed right hand to painfully pull a curved dagger from his waist side.

"You die today. Not me!.", Marien Lee says to Navi with a brazen will even though he can barely hold onto his dagger with his half broken pinkie finger and thumb.

Uncaring about Marien's display of willpower, Navi is determined to end this fast as he pounds into Marien's will and body with attacks.

Navi's first delivered slash is avoided by a noble footed Marien though the second slash knocks a few deep bruises into Marien Lee's chest armour.

Marien dodges Navi's follow up sword slash and then tries to stab Navi with his curved dagger though Navi effortlessly cacthes Marien's injured right hand with his left hand.

Twisting and squeezing Marien's injured hand the curved dagger in his grasp drops. With his sword's handle in his right hand, Navi's blade slashes down though this time at Marien's exposed right biceps.

Blood splatters horribly as the force behind the downwards strike tears through flesh and bone fluidly.

"AAAAUUURRRRGGGHH!..", A chilling scream rings out.

Navi has seperated Marien's hand and without even as much as a glance, Navi throws Marien's seperated right-hand which he's holding by the damaged wrist onto the brown sands.

Navi is indifferent to Marien's blood and pain as he delivers a fast and heavy blow with his free left hand to Marien's face.

The ruthless blow dizzies Marien and shuts his scream up for a moment as Marien stumbles two steps backwards.

"Stop!.. please, please!.", Marien Lee who's formerly filled with a fighting spirit finds himself yelling these loud words as Navi calmly walks up to him.

Marien is in a world of physical and mental pain as his eyes trembles while looking at Navi with warmth slowly leaving his body cause his cut hand is spewing out blood and radiating enough pain to drive him half-mad.

"You know your sister's death would be more dignified in my memory than yours.", Navi slowly says as he delivers a kick to Marien's right ankle with the force behind the kick forcing an unstable Marien Lee to knee.

Now towering over Marien, Navi's eyes are cold as he calmly rests his sword's blade across his own right shoulder.

"Atleast she didn't beg.", Navi completes his cruel words while Marien's eyes trembles as he looks up at Navi with a twitching face which holds deep emotions of rage, sorrow and a twinge of regret.

"You fought well..", Navi says praises to Marien as he raises his sword high. The crowd of disciples seem to be in a state of clamour though Navi and Marien are disconnected from their noises as they stare into each other's eyes.

"..but you fought against me.", Navi completes his words with a twinge of pity in his tone and then.. his sword falls.
