[Elemental powers, though not widely known, became uncommon in this future era. A rare epidemic caused people to be afflicted with strange energies. It was later discovered that these could be neutralized with D-100, a medicinal chemical dispersed into the air to stabilize the flow of this unique energy. However, these energies' origins and the cure's development remain unknown.]

Dek: (catching his breath) We must regroup and plan our next move. Ace isn't playing by the rules.

Sofia: (nodding) We need to know more about him. What makes him so dangerous? Why does he have these supervisors monitoring him?

Crash: (gritting his teeth) We need answers. We can't let him get away with whatever he's planning.

[In a darkened room, Ace stood before a mirror, his reflection a mix of determination and something more sinister.]

Ace: (to himself) Those idiots think they can corner me? They have no idea who they're dealing with.

[Slowly, he raised his hand, dark energy swirling around his fingers. Turning brown-red and then transparent ]

Ace: (revealing his first ability) The power of darkness... (dark elemental) It hides me, protects me, makes me invincible in the shadows.

The room seemed to darken, shadows lengthening and wrapping around him like a cloak.

[MEANWHILE AT PAIR HEADQUARTERS IN THE GREAT EQUATOR]

Supervisor A0 : (monitoring the situation) Multiple abilities detected at Great North -CRIA [10110]

[Indeed, CRIA 10110 may seem like a small city-like country, but it is the home of P.A.I.R headquarters, where this story unfolds.]

Supervisor A1: (alarmed) Great North? We need to act fast. What's the status?

Supervisor A0: (grimly) abilities are beyond what we anticipated. combining elementals, making him nearly impossible to track. He's already compromised two cadets.

[Suddenly, Ace slips into his own blood, moving through the air like a wraith. Sofia and Crash are momentarily paralyzed, their movements controlled by Ace's manipulation. Dek watches, his mind racing.]

Dek: (internally) Think, Dek. Think. How do we stop him?

[Realizing he has one chance, Dek focuses his energy and freezes Ace's lungs, cutting off his breath. Ace gasps, his hold on Sofia and Crash weakening. Dek pretends to be affected too, slumping to the ground.]

Ace: (struggling) What... what did you...?

[Before Ace can finish, a team of supervisors arrives at the PAIR headquarters.]

Supervisor A1: (urgent) Move, move! We need to secure the area and contain the threat!

[Supervisors swarm the area, assessing the situation and moving swiftly to secure Ace. Dek, Sofia, and Crash regain their composure, standing by as the supervisors take control.]

Supervisor A0: (assessing the situation) Cadets, excellent work. You've managed to buy us valuable time.

Sofia: (still catching her breath) We must know what he's planning. Why does he have all these abilities?

Supervisor A1: (nodding) We'll interrogate him and find out. But for now, you need to rest. You've done enough.

[As the supervisors take Ace into custody, Dek, Sofia, and Crash share a moment of relief.]

Crash: (grinning) We did it. We did it.
