42. Flowers for the Birthday Girl

"Hi Mrs. Fitzgerald, I thought you'd not come." Crimson acted all cutesy. Mr. Baker stomped her on the foot. "Ouch"

She understood what she had said wrong. "I mean welcome to the party Aunty,"

Cassandra rolled her eyes, "For one thing that dress, how can you run your mouth around about anything you don't know?"

"Oh come on Aunty look at it, the dress looks like some poly bag wrap, doesn't it girls." Crimson said, while all her friends laughed. "Hilarious, she is wearing it with those puffed sleeves, I mean if she wouldn't, her flabby arms would reveal what an old hag she is,"

"Is that so?" Cassandra commented while Katherine, Albert, and Norman noticed Caleb disappear to the exit to attend to some matters.

"Do you know what that material is called?" Cassandra's voice echoed. "For your information, that dress, this dress is one of my finest collections, I hand stitched it to make it one of its kind."
