The Unexpected Visitor

Elena nodded in return as she stood up. "Could it be him?" she wondered as her curiosity peaked. Her legs hesitated as she followed Elara, only to come across Prince Adrain. "He is the one, my princess," Elara said, making her way, leaving Elena and Adrain.

"I wasn't really expecting your visit, hmm, Prince Adrain, right?" Elena said as Adrain smiled. "Yeah," he said, "but I did promise to pay your kingdom a visit, so I thought, why not now?" Adrain moved forward as his eyes scanned around the palace. "I must say, Jas is really as nice as Said, but I do wish to ask. Is there a festival ongoing? On my way here, I could see the people joyfully celebrating, contaminating the air with their joyous mood, which left a comforting welcome for me."

"Well, no festival is taking place or being held by the kingdom.

"Oh, so what makes them joyous? Did your kingdom receive such great news that it piqued their interest?" Adrain asked.
