Having lost all hope of ever getting Anne to forgive and come back to him, Collins resolved to put his life in order. 


First, he had to come to terms with himself and decide on the business to start up. So far he had been able to come up with three options to choose from: Real estate development, manufacturing, and stock exchange. 


After a thorough consideration of the options he had, which involved comparing all three options and paying attention to their challenges and advantages, Collins realized that Real estate development requires capital way more than he could afford and he had limited knowledge about the stock exchange and so he settled for manufacturing and this brought him to the big question "what to produce?" 


He was tempted to put off making a decision but he resisted, seeing that there was no other person to help out plus he had to get over this and focus on preparing for his final exams which were around the corner.
