Game Begins: Maritime Banquet 1

In this bustling port, the sky is azure, the sun scorching, and the sea shimmering. On the docks, goods pile up like mountains, cranes are busy lifting, and the constant hum of machinery fills the air.

Wen Nannan stands dazed on the dock, her thoughts in turmoil.

She only remembers originally working somewhere for the summer, but she doesn't know why she's ended up in this unfamiliar place. Everything around her seems abnormal, especially the holographic screen that constantly hangs in front of her-

"Congratulations on being selected to participate in the Doomsday Game, with ten players in total. Strive to survive for thirty days in the game. Successfully complete the game, and you'll be able to go to The Real World; fail, and you'll die in the game. Take the game seriously! This round: Maritime Banquet. There will be twenty thousand NPCs playing with you."

A middle-aged man interrupts her thoughts, reminding her to get ready to board the ship.

"What ship?" Wen Nannan is still bewildered, her gaze fixed on the screen.

The man hurriedly informs her that the cargo ship is departing at one o'clock this afternoon, then rushes off, leaving Wen Nannan standing there alone, bewildered.

Suddenly, dark clouds gather in the sky, the temperature drops sharply, and a foul stench fills the sea breeze, making her nauseous.

A nearby container emits a heavy thud, startling Wen Nannan. She turns around to see movement inside the container, a hint of fear creeping into her heart.

A staff member approaches to inquire about the situation, explaining that a part just fell off. Despite the explanation, Wen Nannan still feels uneasy, suddenly noticing a dark red stain on the ground, puzzled as she gazes at the container.

The staff member laughs, explaining that the fish might be thawed due to the hot weather. Wen Nannan feels somewhat reassured and decides to leave.

At that moment, the staff member stops her again, "Miss, you dropped something." He picks up a silver-white bracelet from the ground and hands it to her.

Wen Nannan hesitates for a moment before taking the bracelet, her heart racing. The holographic screen appears again-

"Congratulations on obtaining a spatial item: Spatial Bracelet. It will accompany the player until the end of the game or the player's death. Use it well, and you'll survive longer."
