The Real Wrold 4

A group of people followed the butler to the hall. The ceiling of the hall was especially high, spacious enough to fit three basketball courts.

In the center of the hall, a frail elderly man sat in a wheelchair. Despite his advanced age and the fact that he was confined to a wheelchair, his mental state was good and had a serious expression on his face.

"Grandfather," Lu Huai frowned slightly, "Didn't I tell you to rest well?"

"I can't sleep at my age," the old man replied, "so I had the butler push me out for a stroll."

Lu Zheng waved his hand, his gaze sweeping over the people Lu Huai brought, then stopping on Wen Nannan. "Is this the child you were talking about?"

Lu Huai nodded and extended his hand to Wen Nannan. "Come here."

Wen Nannan cooperatively reached out her hand and Lu Huai pulled her in front of Lu Zheng. She felt a bit nervous; even seated, Lu Huai's grandDaddy looked far more serious than her own grandDaddy.
