The Fifteenth Game: The Advancement Game 11

The car stopped outside the village, they had to walk a stretch of the road as the car couldn't go any further.

Wen Nannan paid the fare and got out of the car. By now, it was dark, and the moon was covered by clouds, making visibility poor.

The three of them stumbled through the darkness. When they reached the riverbank, Wen Nannan accidentally stepped into a pit and fell. The two children hurried to help her up.

"This is where they raise fish," said Aunt Wang's eldest son. "After school, we like to catch fish in the river. If we don't have a bucket, we dig a small pit by the road, fill it with some water, and put the fish we catch in there. When we've caught enough, we go home to get a bucket to carry them."

Wen Nannan understood this because children who don't finish their homework before going home aren't allowed to play outside. They have to get their fun in first.
