Alpha McCabe sat in Lily’s living room with a hand over his bruised nose where she punched. 


“i am so sorry Alpha. I didn’t mean it I just got so scared.” Lily apologised for the tenth time. 


Alpha McCabe removed his hands from his nose, she could see that it was already healing. 


“its alright Lily. It was a mistake, people make mistakes.” He said with a small chuckle. 


She nodded staring at him. Jackson had his green eyes. She felt like she was looking at an older version of him. 


“so what brings you here in this part of the woods alpha? My dad isn’t home yet.” Lily said in one breath. 


“actually I'm here to see you Lily.” 


Lily wondered what the alpha of the entire pack wanted to do with her. She has spoken only like two sentences to him in her entire short lifetime. 


She waited in silence for him to resume his talk. 


“what about him?” She asked after a moment of silence with her voice strained.
