Hearing his wife's words, Arthur hurried to Juliet's side to check on her. The others in the room also quickly turned their attention towards Juliet.
They soon realized that although Juliet's condition had seemed to improve just moments ago, her complexion had now become even paler.
Even frost began to form again between her eyebrows, and this time, her body temperature was dropping faster than before.
It appeared that after Mr. Rivers' acupuncture treatment, her condition had not only failed to improve, but had actually worsened.
"Mr. Rivers, whats going on? What's wrong with my daughter?" Arthur frowned deeply, his face showing concern.
"Strange, after dispelling the cold from your daughter, she should have been fine. Why has this happened?" Mr. Rivers was puzzled.
Everything was fine just a moment ago; how could her condition relapse so quickly?
What had he done wrong?
"Mr. Rivers, what do we do now?" Arthur pressed for answers.
