Uneathen's journey led her to a small village nestled in the mountains, where she hoped to meet her mentor. As she neared the village, she spotted a woman sitting on a stone bench in the town square. The woman appeared to be in her late 40's, with short, spiky black hair. She was wearing a hooded black robe that obscured her face in the shadows.
As Uneathen approached, the woman looked up, revealing piercing blue eyes. "Ah, Uneathen," she said, her voice soft and comforting. "I've been expecting you."
Uneathen felt a wave of relief wash over her as she approached the woman. This was her mentor, the woman who would guide her on her journey to find the lost magic. She was nervous, but also excited at the prospect of meeting the person who would help her on her journey.
The woman gestured to the empty seat next to her. "Please, take a seat," she said, her eyes locked with Uneathen's.
Uneathen did as she was asked, feeling her heart race as she took in the woman's presence.
"Thank you for agreeing to mentor me," said Uneathen, her voice tinged with respect.
"It is an honor to assist you on your journey," the woman replied, her voice soft and soothing. "But first, it is important that you understand the magnitude of what you're setting out to accomplish. The magic you seek is incredibly powerful and dangerous. Your path will be no easy task, but together, we can succeed."
Uneathen leaned in, eager to learn more.
"First, you must master the lost magic," the woman continued. "You must learn to harness its power and control it, or it will consume you. This will take time and dedication, but I believe in you." She paused for a moment, looking into Uneathen's eyes. "Are you ready?"
Uneathen nodded, her heart racing with anticipation. "Yes," she said, her voice steady. "I'm ready."
At that moment, Uneathen knew that she was setting out on a long and perilous journey, but with her mentor by her side to guide her, she was ready for whatever challenges lay ahead.
