3.) Sayo Hanazawa

"Hey, Kuroi, do you want to sit with us at break?" A group of girls had come up to me.

"Oh no, I appreciate your offer, but I feel like me being there will be quite awkward between everybody so no thanks." I told them.

The group of girls ran off after hearing that, saying something about, "so cool". I sighed and turn my head towards the window. It was the second day and I needed help making friends. Though it doesn't seem like it, making friends as a celebrity is not easy. You may think that just because many people come to you inviting you to join their friend group, it doesn't mean that it is easy to pick out good friends, especially for someone like me. Don't pick someone who's too vulgar, don't pick someone who's too irresponsible, don't pick someone who's too self-centered, don't pick someone who's too much of a beauty guru. It was hard to find people who were not too hot, not too cold, but rather, just right.

I stood up from my desk to buy a drink from the vending machine outside the classroom. I held my phone in one hand and cautiously looked around. I really didn't want history to repeat itself. Finally feeling safe, I took the chance to go to the vending machine with nobody around to buy my drink. There were so many good drink options though, how was I suppose to choose? I stood there contemplating on which option to choose. I need my once per day sweet drink to keep alive after all.

"Having trouble choosing? How about choosing the melon milk? That one's my favourite!" I heard an energetic voice speak behind me.

I looked behind to see a tall girl with white hair turning into a green ombre. She had pretty eyes that looked like she had a delicate and soft spoken personality. In contrast, her voice was right and chirpy, like an energetic child in the morning.

"But I don't like melon milk though."

I told her with a slight pout.

"Really? I love melon milk, it's practically the best drink in the world! Ooh, the chocolate milk is not bad too! You can try that!" She exclaimed.

Trying her suggestion, I took a sip of the drink she recommended. The chocolate milk was cold and had a wonderful, rich chocolate flavour.

"Enjoying it? I knew you would! I'm Sayo, by the way, Sayo Hanazawa! It's nice to meet you, I hope we become friends!" Sayo passionately said.

"It's nice to meet you too, I'm Kuroi Tenshi. Are you my senior by any chance?" I asked.

"Yup! I'm your second year senior! Meeting juniors are always so exciting! They always bring a new, refreshing vibe to the school!" She recounted.

Okay so if there was a Sunshine Boy, this one definitely had to be the Sunshine Girl. Sayo was extroverted and always talked in a cheery type of voice.

"Do you have anyone to go break with? You can join my friends and I! We usually eat at a special place in the school. Don't worry about it being awkward, the rest will definitely make it quite entertaining!" Sayo told me.

We were walking down a somewhat familiar hallway and before we approached one of the doors. I took a sip of my drink only to nearly spit it out when Sayo opened the door.

"Sayo, you're back and who's that? Oh, it's nice to see you again, Kuroi!"

Sitting in front of me were the 3 boys I met yesterday, Nezuko, Yuta and Masato.

"Oh, you've met Nezuko before?" Sayo questioned and turned towards me.

"Umm, I've met all 3," I mumbled.

"Oh really? How exciting! Since you've already met all 4 of us before, why don't you have break with us?" Sayo asked.

"You know what? It's fine. I'll just go-"

"Oh it's fine!" Sayo said, placing her hands on my shoulders and forced me to sit down on the couch, "It won't be awkward! Just relax!"

Apparently, the group go to Yuta's office for break and lunch. That's why the couch was there.

"Kuroi, you're welcome to come here for break and lunch if you like." Yuta told me.

"Thanks but, why me? Not to be rude, I mean, I'm not even acquainted with all 4 of you yet." I pointed out.

"Well you manage to meet all of us in such a short time and it's your 2nd day here. We want to make you feel welcome!" Nezuko answered cheerfully.

"You will join us, right, Kuroi?" Sayo asked.

"I'll think about it." I stood up to leave the office.

Making it back to the classroom with a little bit of time to spare for the next class, I heaved a sigh as I sat back down at my seat. Seriously, what did I get myself mixed up into.

Class went on until lunch where I did not go to Yuta's office and than it was end of school. As I was packing up and exiting the classroom, I found someone waiting outside my classroom for me.

"Hey Kuroi!" Yuta waved. He was leaning against the lockers, my locker in particular.

"Could you move? I need to put stuff inside my locker."

"Hmmm, no."

"Why?"

"Do something for me first." Yuta bargained.

"If it's not quick, than no. I want to go home and sleep." I told Yuta.

"Eh, I believe that that's not going to happen. You are going to join me to look at the different after school clubs!" Yuta said.

"Nope." I said and walked off.

"Hey, wait! Why are you being like that? Also what about your locker?" Yuta grabbed onto my arm. His sudden action made me flinch.

"Forget about it, sleeping is more important than a sore back." I yawned.

"But I want you to come with me!" Yuta replied.

"Yeah, spend the next 2 hours with you looking at clubs? Hell no! Not with your flirtatious ass of a personality!" I argued back, roughly pulling my hand back from his hand.

"Hey, I can be normal if I want to! Also, as council president, I have to check up on all the clubs today. It's compulsory for all students to join 1 after school club according to the rules. You should take some time to pick out a club at least." Yuta responded with crossed arms.

"Fine! I'll choose a club even though I probably may not even be present for like half of the sessions. How about Masato, Nezuko and Sayo? What clubs are they in?" I asked.

"Well Sayo is the head of the events committee in the student council. Masato is in art club. As for Nezuko, his case is a bit conplicated. He's in the student council not as a committee member, but as the face of the school."

"That's a thing?!" I shouted.

"Well it wasn't thing until Zuko joined. Why, you interested?" Yuta questioned.

"What does the face of the school even do?"

"Well, since they're the face, they have to be present at all formal school events. This includes meetings with sponsors, prize presentation, competition finales and especially the many speeches and talks we have for outsiders ans parents. They will be counted as a special member of the studeng council. However, to be a face of the school, you need to be immensely popular. I doubt that's a problem for you, Miss 'I make everything popular with my presence', right?" Yuta explained. I rolled my eyes in response.

With that, Yuta and I went around to look at the different after school clubs. There was a lot of interesting clubs though. For example, flower arrangement, crochet club, and a rock band apparently? This school really is one of a kind.

Finally done with looking around, Yuta and I sat back down on the couch in his office.

I'm so tired from walking around so much. Sonething refreshing would be nice. Now would be a great time to have the green tea from the vending machine.

"Do you want the green tea from the vending machine?" Yuta asked.

I whipped my head around a whole 180 degrees with my eyes as wide as saucers. Suddenly, all my tiredness was momentarily gone.

 Coincidence? I don't know?

 "W-What?"

"Oh I noticed that Green Tea is your favourite from the vending machine. I'm going to buy drinks so I thought you might want something." Yuta hurriedly replied.

"Oh, I see. Sure than, thanks for the drinks." I answered. With that, Yuta left the office.

What the hell was that? It was like he read my mind. It had to be a coincidence, right? Yuta does seem like the observant type anyways. Mind reading powers don't exist, right?

Yuta's POV:

Exiting office, I took brisk step towards the vending machine. That was close. Luckily, I made a quick cover up. Hopefully Kuroi didn't find it suspicious.

Kuroi's POV:

Relaxing in a private office with air conditioning while sipping on a cold drink was the best. I decided to brush the mind reading incident aside and pretend like it never happened.

"Hey, it's quite late. We should probably head home soon." Yuta said.

"Oh is it that late already?" I checked the time on my phone,"It's already 6.30pm? Dammit. I shouldn't have spent the rest of my afternoon with you!"

"Well too bad, cause you got spend you lovely time with the most handsome boy in the school~"

"Okay, first off, that's cap. Secondly, I could've been at home on my bed catching up on my sleep. Unlike someone here, I have photoshoots at 3am sometimes."

"Ugh, sometimes I wonder how you became I celebrity with that attitude. Anyways, to make up for your nap time, how about I walk you home since it's late." Yuta asked.

"You sure? You might need to get your identity checked when you go in."

"If I get to see your house than sure!" Yuta responded with an eager smile.

He clearly doesn't know what's coming for him.

As we walked outside the school, Yuta suddenly paused in his footsteps.

 "Why did you stop?"

"He should be arriving right about, now. There you are, James. Right on time!" Yuta said while greeting an elder man who stepped out of an expensive looking car. The car was a shade of sleek black and was polished from head to toe.

"Young master, sorry for not arriving earlier despite the short notice." The man called James told Yuta.

"Don't worry about that, you came as fast as you could. Can we make an additional stop before we go home?" Yuta asked.

"Of course, anything for the young master. Oh, who is this young lady? Are you prehaps the young master's girlfriend?" James asked.

 "OF COURSE NOT!"

 "HELL NO!"

"How would want to be with him? His flirty personality is annoying as heck!" I scoffed.

"Right bact at you! How would want to be with you? You're too blunt and straight forward! Hardly anything like a proper celebrity!" He shouted back.

"Oh I see, forget I asked. I am James, the young master's butler. It's a pleasure to meet you miss."

"Just Kuroi is fine, no need for formalities." I answered.

We got onto the car and proceeded to drive towards my house destination. Earlier, I told James my house location just to surprise Yuta later.

"We're here, Miss Kuroi." James announced.

"Why are we outside NM Entertainment's building? I thought we were going to your house?" Yuta asked in confusion.

 "This is my house."

 "You live inside the building?"

"I have a dorm room, dummy."

Upon realisation, Yuta's eyes widened before he stayed silent for a minute.

 "Skill issue."

 "Hey!"

"Anyways, thanks for giving me a ride home." I told him.

"Anytime! See you tomorrow, Kuroi." Yuta said.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. Good night, I need sleep." I yawned.

Yuta's POV:

Kuroi slowly climbed the stairs of the building towards the entrance, yawning multiple times. I couldn't help but smile. That scene of Kuroi yawning repeatedly played over and over in my brain. Not going to lie, she looked kinda adorable yawning.

"Is she your good friend, young master?" James asked me.

"Maybe. But, she's definitely someone I'm fond of." I replied with a slight smile.

Kuroi's POV:

As I entered the building, the concierge called out to me.

"Miss Tenshi, Miss Nakamura would like to see you in her office now."

 "What? You know what, fine."

Reaching Haruka's office, I sat down on the empty chair. It seemed like Haruka was busy working on something. Her desk was filled with papers messily scattered everywhere. Seeing that Haruka wasn't here yet, I decided to help her organise her desk. That was when a certain document caught my eye.

"SQP Organisation? What's this?" I mumbled to myself.

"This document is sent to all members of the organisation. All information in this document is to be kept strictly confidential." I read the contents of the paper to myself.

"This project is almost ready to be launched in full speed as 4 of the 5 subjects are of appropriate age. The final, fifth subject will be of age in a few months time. Therefore, we urge that all members of the organisation be ready by the specified date listed in the table in this document. We highly recommend that when the project is launched, every member of the organisation keep close tabs on the subjects to record information for the experiment." I read from the document.

There were 5 subjects that were in this supposed experiment and they were going to experimented on? That's weird. What's weirder is that Haruka is a member of this SQP Organisation. I decided to read on.

"The 5 subjects personal particulars will be listen on the following page. Please take note to NOT show any of the subjects this document's information. This document must be kept under your watchful eyes or kept in a private location at all times in order to be kept confidential."

The next page would be the subject's name and other information. As I was about to flip the page over, I heard the sudden bang of the door.

"Kuroi Tenshi, just what do you think you're doing?" A familiar voice rang out.

I dropped the document I was holding on the ground. I was shocked to see Haruka standing there. She moved closer to me.

"Why were you looking at this document. This is supposed to be read only be me. Give me that." Haruka said sharply while snatching the document that I picked up from the ground.

 "I was just-"

"I don't want to hear anything from you!" Haruka cut me off. "Go to your dorm now!"

I left the room without another word. I couldn't help but wonder why Haruka would react so strongly from seeing me read that document. I was about to get to the subjects' information too! Why did she have to come in at the worse timing possible? I sighed in defeat. Guess I'll never find out what's in that document.

As I got into my bed and prepared to fall asleep, I still couldn't help but think about the SQP Organisation project. I really didn't have a good feeling about this.

I wonder, what could this project even be about? Well that's a problem for another day.

Haruka kinda sus ngl.

I wonder what she's hiding.
