Kadmus City Mirror Plane Ruins 5

Kadmus City Mirror Plane Ruins 5

Above Zach was a vortex of spirit qi that rushed into his dantian, the infant nascent soul absorbed most of it,this turned its transparent body opaque.

Thirty minutes later,Zach woke from his trance. He scanned his body and satisfied with his findings, his eyes turned towards the glittering crystals on the ground around him.

"Mine..."

That was the only word playing in Zach's mind as he scooped the spirit qi crystals into a storage box.

He also remembered to gather the spirit plants and other treasurers that he came across.

With his increased cultivation,it took him an hour to sweep clean the two areas, before boarding his flying disk and leaving for his hideout, outside the city wall ruins.

Back at his hideout,Zach accessed the exchange store.

"It is for some shopping spree...."

"But first, let see my quest progress..."

Set the remnant will of the Kadmus City residents free by slaying the Kadmus creatures formed from the remnant of the fallen residents.

Zach had accumulated a total of two hundred and thirty six thousand and five hundred Kadmus Coins,as for the low ranked spirit qi crystals,he had accumulated a total of two thousand and sixty, where two hundred had been used for the purchase of the mid ranked spirit tool forging manual.

Seeing how simple but advance the system manuals were,Zach opted to purchase the low ranked and mid ranked manuals for the three professions.

This would cost him an extra five hundred and fifty low ranked spirit qi crystals. A price he was more than willing to pay for the knowledge would not just be his by every resident who was willing to study.

Zach would be left with one thousand and three hundred low ranked spirit qi crystals,as he had used up ten of them for his cultivation.

"Time for me to commission the construction of a proper school..."

Zach thought as he accessed the exchange shop.

"Coins coins,here I come..."

"When did the exchange store undergo a third upgrade?"

Zach thought as he once more went through the exchange store list.

"Now I can purchase spirit qi crystals..."

"This is one time opportunity that I should not miss..."

"As for the summoning tokens, they will be handy after I upgrade my settlement to a village..."

It has been close to an year since he left his settlement for the Mamba bandit lair and later journeyed to the ruins. Heading back will take him and his less than a month,as he did not plan on stopping. At than time, his settlement would be ready for a village upgrade.

All this time,Zach had not been worried about the safety of his settlement as he had not received any warnings from the system, and secondly, with Senior Jogun at the settlement, nothing could go wrong,as for the settlement management,he believed that the council was more than capable to run and manage the settlement in his absence.

They had their work mapped out by Zach. All they needed was to follow through and adapt to changes and challenges that would arise.

What Zach dreaded the most was the long council meeting awaiting him,not to mention the mountain of records and briefings that would be waiting on top of his desk.

Luckily for Zack,he had trained enough for the meantime, and he did not have to actively cultivate as he had to take time off as to stabilize his new breakthrough. He planned on resting for an year, this time would be used to run, manage and develope his territory.

He also planned on exploring the ruins a second time. This decision was attributed to the availability of the residents summoning tokens.

After upgrading to a village,he would need a total of sixteen thousand residents as to upgrade his village to a town. This would take him close to a decade,if he only depended on the weekly residents and the low birth rate of his residents.

The city ruins was a honey pot for him,all he had to do was to kill and kill until he has enough Kadmus Coins for the purchase of the resident summoning tokens.

He would need a total of one million and four hundred and forty Kadmus Coins to hit the population requirements for the upgrade.

The number of Kadmus creatures he had to kill for that was massive, but with his nascent soul realm cultivation and his soon to be forged mid ranked spirit weapons and armor, taking down a tier mob of tier four creatures would be just like an afternoon stroll in the park.

Having decided on what to get,Zach quickly made his purchase.

Apart from the manuals, he had bought twenty bronze chest, ten silver chest and three gold chest, the chest cost him fifty-one thousand Kadmus Coins.

His next biggest purchase were eight mid ranked spirit qi crystals. The remaining Kadmus Coins were used in the purchase of one thousand and fifty-five common resident summoning tokens.

Leaving him bankrupt.
