MD-Chapter 90 Instructor vs. Spider-Man!

"How do you know about the Instructor?"

Arthur was confused when he heard Peter's words. Apart from dealing with a few small-time thugs and leaving that name behind, he hadn't done anything memorable enough for others to remember him, had he?

"Oh my God, do you really have no idea how famous you are?"

Spider-Man suddenly got excited and said, "If Aunt May knew I was going to fight the Instructor, she'd definitely be proud of me!"

"... Are you serious right now?" Arthur was taken aback.

"Well, maybe not." Spider-Man said quickly, "But do you really not know how famous you are? People talk about you all the time at school. That bully Randolph was sent to the police station by you! You've become a role model for many people!"

Seeing Spider-Man so excited, Arthur thought for a moment and said, "So, are you admitting defeat?"

"Admit defeat?"

Peter was momentarily confused, and when he realized what Arthur meant, he said frustratedly, "Even if you are the Instructor, I can't just give up!"

"Oh, so who I am isn't that important, is it?"

Arthur was 'very' disappointed by this.

"No, it's very important..."

Spider-Man argued!

Arthur asked with a confused expression on his face. "Why?"

"If I defeat you, it will prove that I've defeated the Instructor..."

"... And then what?" Arthur continued.

"Then, it would mean that I'm awesome!"

"Your answer is flawless. Seriously, it's so flawless that I am speechless!!!!"

Arthur gave him a thumbs up.

"Of course!" After Spider-Man finished speaking, he felt something was wrong. "Why does it feel like you're still brushing me off?"

"It's pretty obvious. I thought you'd have noticed by now!"

"I have noticed, but it doesn't make me happy!"

Spider-Man put down his backpack and tossed it aside, looking eagerly at Arthur, ready to go.

Arthur smiled and said, "That's some fighting spirit, I see. But first I want to ask you a question."

"What question?"

"Do you know Norman Osborn?"

Arthur asked directly!

And Spider-Man's response was just as direct: "I've heard of him, but I haven't really met him. He's Harry's father, and I haven't seen Harry in many years. Hmm? Why did you ask that all of a sudden?"

"Nothing, just asking a random question."

Arthur suddenly thought of many things and felt a bit disappointed.

According to the original Spider-Man story, Spider-Man and Harry had always been classmates and friends. Only in The Amazing Spider-Man did they not see each other for many years.

Looking at it that way, I can't really hope for the Green Goblin serum.

It seems like a pretty dead end!

After all, if you follow the storyline of The Amazing Spider-Man, the Green Goblin serum... doesn't even exist!

"Wait!"

Spider-Man wasn't so easily fooled: "Norman Osborn is an influential figure in the OsCorp Industries. You wouldn't ask me, a nobody, about him for no reason. You must know something, or you're investigating something? Oh my God, a superhero like you suddenly asking about him, is he a bad person?"

Arthur was stunned when he heard this; this kid was pretty quick on the draw.

However, considering the original character of this guy, Arthur wasn't surprised anymore.

Spider-Man had always been a top student with a smart mind, practically an all-around talent.

Especially the Spider-Man of *The Amazing Spider-Man*, who seemed capable of anything.

It was normal for him to connect so many things instantly.

But Arthur wasn't going to dwell on that. If the Green Goblin's serum turned out to be a mirage, then this matter was over!

He said, "What are you thinking? It seems like after you put on that mask, you've started talking more. Are we going to fight or not?"

"Fight!"

As Spider-Man said "fight," he jumped into the air and aimed a punch at Arthur's head.

His movement was so quick that Arthur was taken aback; this guy... he really meant fight when he said it.

Despite the odd trait of becoming talkative when masked, Spider-Man's actions were truly swift.

Luckily, Arthur wasn't just any opponent. With a flick of his cloak, he kicked out his foot, reaching Spider-Man's chest first.

Suddenly, Spider-Man spun in the air, narrowly avoiding the kick. As he did so, his left hand pressed down on Arthur's leg and quickly moved behind him, trying to lock both arms around Arthur's neck.

But then he felt empty-handed - Arthur had vanished without a trace.

Without any support, Spider-Man inevitably fell to the ground, but in an incredible maneuver, he landed with his left hand first. As he pressed down, his eyes found Arthur standing behind him.

Supporting his entire body weight on one hand, Spider-Man kicked out with both legs!

"Impressive!"

Arthur praised before slapping both of Spider-Man's legs away with enough force to make his hands tingle.

In the next moment, he disappeared from his spot.

By now, Arthur was quite familiar with his ability to cross over, and suddenly appeared on Spider-Man's other side, crouching and sweeping his leg!

Spider-Man was startled; the move was so fast.

Even with the help of his Spider-Sense, a formidable tool, he couldn't block this attack.

He felt his left-hand shake and his body tilt. As he was in the air, he saw Arthur quickly stand up after the crouching sweep, using his right leg as a pivot to kick out with his left foot!

These two moves formed a continuous attack, and Spider-Man, already off-balance in the air, took a direct hit to his chest!

The tremendous force sent him flying sideways toward the wall.

But in mid-air, Spider-Man spun twice, and the next moment he was upside down, clinging to the wall.

He looked just like a giant spider!

"Come at me again!"

Arthur grinned.

"Let me rub my stomach first; that hurt, you know? How can you kick a kid in the stomach?"

Spider-Man sounded a little frustrated.

The whole fight seemed long, but it hadn't even lasted ten seconds.

Spider-Man thought he had fully utilized his advantages in strength, agility, and his ever-present Spider-Sense.

Yet he hadn't expected that in such a short exchange, Arthur would send him flying!

"I used to never kick the stomach," Arthur said.

"Then where did you kick?" Spider-Man asked offhandedly.

Arthur's gaze turned serene as his eyes traveled a little down...

Spider-Man was shocked: "Maybe kicking the stomach is better after all!"

As he finished speaking, he launched himself off the wall and was in front of Arthur in an instant.

The fight continued!!!
