But in the end, Arthur didn't draw his gun to call out each of the individuals. Instead, he directly returned to the base.

Rumlaw's phone was also tossed into the Disassemble space, and he was looking forward to whether he would receive some useful information later.

Then he started placing the captured individuals one by one into the cells.

The prison now seemed rather overcrowded, and Arthur couldn't help but feel a little headache.

The only thing that comforted Arthur was that the prison Harry set up was quite reliable.

At least in terms of soundproofing, they couldn't communicate with each other.

Passing by Rumlaw's cell, Arthur casually took him out and brought him upstairs to have a chat.

Unfortunately, Rumlaw's refusal to cooperate gave Arthur quite a headache.

After a brief but firm interrogation, Arthur tossed him back into the cell.

Left with no choice, he contacted Natasha, asking her to come and help with the interrogation... At least she seemed to have a lot of experience in this area.

Before Natasha arrived, however, Parker's call came through first.

"The old antique has been opened, but the files inside are heavily encrypted. We've only cracked the first document we could find. We haven't dared to look at it. Do you want to come over?"

"I'll be there soon!"

After hanging up, Arthur was about to leave when he suddenly remembered Natasha would be coming soon.

Her arrival was no problem, but the problem was that there was still Bucky in the underground cell.

If this lady came back and decided to drag Bucky out for some intense interrogation, it would be quite the spectacle.

With this thought in mind, Arthur quickly made his way to the cell and opened Bucky's door.

"What's up?"

Bucky looked dazed.

"Come with me," Arthur said. "For the next few days, you'll stay with me. I've called in an interrogation expert and it's better for you to stay close to me to avoid you getting interrogated."

Pulling Bucky up, Arthur had one arm around him, quickly restraining him before Bucky could say anything.

"Who's this interrogation expert? Sounds dangerous?"

Bucky said. "I'm still a bit worried that things might get out of control."

"Don't worry, I'm here with you, and it won't be a problem." Arthur pulled a set of clothes and a silver mask from the Disassemble space and handed them to Bucky. "If you misbehave, I'll beat you."

"...Getting beaten might not necessarily be me."

"How does a guy I caught alive have the nerve to say something like that?"

"It wasn't you who caught me alive, it was that big green guy." Bucky pouted and asked, "Is he following you around too?"

"No, I have someone even tougher with me."

As they spoke, the two of them arrived on the upper level. After sending Natasha a message, they took Bucky to the teleportation array.

In the blink of an eye, they appeared at Camp Lehigh.

At that moment, everything here was running smoothly. Most people were helping Professor Mark decrypt the codes, and the various algorithms were giving Arthur a headache. Parker was leading a team to organize and print the files.

When they saw Arthur and Bucky arrive, they were startled.

After all, these two were dressed entirely in black, one with a black mask and the other with a silver mask. It didn't look like a good situation.

Of course, this might also have been the real reason they were so obedient.

Chapter 293: File No. 26!

Parker walked over holding a document and said, "We've decrypted two files, they're right here, but the encryption level seems to upgrade as we decrypt them. Professor Mark is almost going crazy, he says he's never seen such a sophisticated program before."

"It might not be a program..." Arthur frowned tightly because he knew there was also the lingering presence of Dr. Zola within the computer.

"Who's this?" Parker glanced at Bucky, a bit confused.

"Reserve Superhero." Arthur casually lied as he opened the document bag.

"Reserve?" Bucky expressed deep suspicion and confusion at the term.

Arthur, however, focused on the title of the document in front of him, his eyes shifting. "File No. 37!"

The naming convention made something click in Arthur's mind. As he looked further, he realized it was a predictive file on unconventional weapons. The content involved something Arthur was very familiar with... the Tesseract!

He put the file back and opened another one.

"File No. 26!"

Arthur froze for a moment. It felt somewhat familiar. After a brief thought, he remembered seeing a reference to it in the document from Rumlaw yesterday: "Details of the Winter Soldier program can be found in File No. 26!"

"Could it be..." Arthur quickly opened it and read intensely, almost skimming the lines.

After finishing, he glanced at Bucky. "I think this is the answer you've been looking for."

Bucky was momentarily stunned, then took the document, reading it word by word. At first, he didn't think much of it, but the further he read, the more his breathing quickened. His fingers tightened around the document, and his knuckles began to turn white.

Parker noticed instantly. His spider senses told him that the man in the silver mask was becoming dangerous.

"What's happening to him?"

To be cautious, he quietly asked Arthur.

"Nothing, it's like when a victim sees the notes of a suspect," Arthur mused.

Eventually, Bucky exhaled deeply and seemed about to rip the document.

Arthur quickly stopped him. "This file is useful!"

"Useful for what?" Bucky's breath was heavy, and his eyes were slightly reddened.

"Some things need to be shown so people know you had no control over it."

Arthur stared into Bucky's eyes. "This file is evidence!"

"...I understand!" Bucky took a deep breath and looked earnestly at Arthur. "Help me."

Those words stirred something inside Arthur. He nodded gently. "Leave it to me."

Parker, still confused, looked on, not understanding.

Arthur knew the kid was curious, so he said, "I'll explain later."

"Don't lie to me," Parker said, noticing Bucky's reaction and sensing that this file was probably personally relevant to him. He didn't press further in front of the person involved, but since Arthur assured him, he decided to trust him.

Just then, Professor Mark suddenly stood up. "This can't go on! It's impossible!"

"What's wrong?" Arthur quickly asked.

"This computer... it's... it's impossible..." Professor Mark shook his head. "The encryption level keeps increasing. If this continues, I can only open two more files at most, and all the information will be locked forever!"

He looked at Arthur. "The gentleman from last night might be able to help us."
