One of the main reasons is that one had to be below 19 years old to join a Sect, which most people did not qualify, second is that they need to have good spiritual roots, and finally they will have to choose a city in which recruitment is going on.

When they arrived at a pagoda which had 6 floors. 

"This Pagoda will test you for spirit roots and also identify the physiques in you, if you have any, and will provide you with the corresponding cultivation manual" 

The elder asked them to enter one by one. Dhanya was the first to enter the Pagoda. 

Two minutes after Dhanya went into the pagoda, all the 6 floors started emitting light, surprising Yulia and the elder Ruther. 

Just then many people suddenly appeared in the sky.

Even the elder greeted the man with respect and clasped his hands. 

An old man with bald hair didn't say much and asked "who brought this disciple".

Dhanya didn't agree but said "Master, can we wait until my friends have also completed their test". 

The elders present there were shocked to hearing Dhanya not following the ancestor's order. 

The woman didn't say much but nodded her head in agreement. 

This time Sandhya entered the tower and once again all the six floors started to light up. 

The first floor represented the presence of spirit roots, second floor represented presence of mortal grade physique, third floor represent presence of sky grade physique, the fourth floor represented earth grade physique, fifth floor represented the heaven grade physique, and the sixth floor represented immortal grade physique. 

Seeing the six floors light up once the sect master couldn't contain his excitement and said "Heavens have blessed our Sacred land, we now have two disciples with Immortal grade physiques". 

The silver haired woman also showed a smile this time.
