Chapter 127 CHAPTER

YOO-MI’s POV

Before we left the building, I headed to the lady’s room to see how the damage was done.

As I look my reflection on the mirror, I could see my cheeks flushed. I pressed the back of my hand to my face and my skin was burning hot.

My lips were swollen, my dress was skewed and my lipstick had been rubbed off.

What did you do to me Josh? I looked thoroughly disarranged, a total mess.

“Where are we going?” I asked Josh as I buckled myself in the passenger’s seat. I don’t know why I craved to spend time with him and simply go wherever he wanted me to.

Maybe I’m too afraid for him to left me like what was happened two years ago, when someone left me without a proper notice, without a proper goodbye.

Maybe he noticed the fear in my eyes, so he grabbed my hand and squeezed it. “We’re going to The Club Syndrome.” He said, his eyes not taking off the road.
