Chapter 204 I DON\'T TALK TO STRANGERS

KELLY'S POV

I found it incredibly easy to pick up speed on the ice, and I soon found myself traveling at such a rapid pace that I was concerned I wouldn't be able to stop myself in time. I knew I was going to win, so I started slowing down as soon as I realized I was going to win—or at least I attempted to, but I managed to put my foot in the wrong place and I was thrown to the ground.

“Princess!” My father yelled and dashed over to me. ''Are you okay, Kelly?''

The searing agony that had traveled across the area that surrounded my hipbone had already caused a few tears to well up in my eyes.

''Princess…Where does it hurt? Does it hurt a lot?'' He inquired, concerned, as he pushed a few strands of straight hair that had left my braid behind my ears, wiping away my tears and leaving soothing kisses on my temple.

He looked behind him for help. I knew he wouldn't be able to carry me because he was already exhausted.
