Chapter 219 CINDERELLA

KELLY'S POV

Headed away from the party, I ended up on the beach at the back of Diane's house, walking towards the ocean, sitting on a bench under a coconut tree with a wine glass in my hand. I made the mistake of resting my nose against the glass's rim, allowing the nasty liquid to permeate my nostrils.

It burned my nostrils and I scrunched my nose, before I lifted it and took a sip. The vodka felt hot and burned my tongue all the way down to my stomach but I managed to swallow it. It tasted horrible.

I almost gagged but I stopped myself from doing so. I have to drown myself from thinking about Cheol. I have to forget about him, about all of him.

As I took a sip, I could feel the heat in my cheeks and the small quantity of alcohol that was building up in my veins with each drink that I was taking. My mood was fantastic, and I had to admit that I was pretty relaxed, and for once, I felt good.
