Samantha's POV
Once I finished breakfast, I went back to our bedroom and didn't bother waiting for Caleb because he was still engaged in conversation with Joshua. I believe he was reprimanding him for his actions the day before.
Caleb and I had a discussion about it as well, and he agreed that if Joshua didn't change his negative attitude, he would most likely force him to find another place to live. "I would be the one to confront him if he continued to behave in this manner," I told Caleb last night after our passionate love-making session.
"Don't worry, baby," Caleb said as he kissed my hair and ran his hand up and down the length of my arm. "I'll make certain that he pays attention to what I'm saying."
Sighing, I splashed some cool water on my face and neck to relieve the burning sensation in my skin, which was a clear sign of agitation. I then focused on a breathing exercise that was intended to calm my nerves.
