My heels clicked on the clean polished floors and taking a few further steps, I realized there was no decoration around which would give the feeling of a date night.
Nor do I see any table filled with food.
Nothing at all.
The whole villa was dim inside, I wonder if Derek likes to stay in the dark.
“Mr. Shepherd?” I looked for him.
“Up, Amy…” He called out and taking a few further steps I noticed the stairs, and followed the way.
Until I reached three doors, not knowing which one to take.
As I started to ponder, I found the corner door slightly opened with lights reflecting on the floor.
Slowly, I made my way and then gently opened the door wide with a knowing call.
“Mr. Shepherd…”
I didn’t need to find him because I saw his tall shadow reflecting from one of the doors inside and I walked over to it.
“Finally, you’re here…” Derek stood half-naked in front of me with a sigh of relief.
“What happened?” I asked him, worried.
