I went straight to the casino the next day after finishing my office work at five o'clock in the afternoon. The various brilliant lights that surrounded the cheap place gleamed like a welcoming beacon in the early evening dusk, but I never felt enthused about going to this place. Never. My feelings of unease and fear intensified as I slowly walked closer. I have so many bad recollections here, and they keep coming back every time I see this place. If it wasn't for the earring that I had lost, I would never find myself in this location ever again.

At the entrance, I paused to take a deep breath before dragging my feet towards the back door, where I spotted a security guard laughing while staring down at his phone, probably watching something funny.
