Chapter 180: The Impact of Changing the Past

The Black Emperor Solomon was somewhat surprised, not by Lynn's attitude, but by the attitude of the True Creator. It was the first time Solomon had seen the True Creator be so indulgent toward someone, which made him silently raise his estimation of Lynn Sotos in his mind. This newly appeared Angel of Secrets might not have a high sequence, but their importance was undoubtedly significant.

Whether it was due to his relationship with his brother Medici, the attitude the True Creator showed towards him, or Bethel tacitly allowing him to use the identity of Libert Abraham, it all indicated that this suddenly appeared Angel of Secrets was not solitary. On the contrary, he had connections significant enough to be respected by Sequence 0.

High Sequence individuals with brains knew that the battles between high sequences in this world heavily involved human connections and relationships, not just pure combat and slaughter. Even the craziest Ancient Gods knew about cooperation and betrayal. The same was true for the relatively normal angels and True Gods of the Fourth Epoch.

Just like the War of the Four Emperors, where the emperors seemed to fight fiercely but often cooperated behind the scenes. They were accustomed to cooperating today and backstabbing tomorrow, and to drawing in the allies of their enemies while losing their own to the other side.

However, among the four, Solomon's cooperation with the others was the least due to his unique situation. The Black Emperor Solomon had an irreconcilable grudge with the Blood Emperor Alista Tudor and the Night Emperor Trunsoest, as Solomon's first fall was due to their betrayal, along with the interference of the Six Gods. Naturally, their relationship couldn't be good.

The True Creator, although his conflicts with others might not be as deep, still had irreconcilable grudges with the Lord of Storms, the God of Knowledge and Wisdom, and the Eternal Blazing Sun. The Ancient Sun God's resurrection plan failed due to the betrayal of these three Gods. In a way, the downfall of the Ancient Sun God to his current state was directly related to these three Gods.

In a sense, this side was truly opposed to the entire world. However, the alliance between the Black Emperor Solomon and the True Creator was strong enough, and even the Six Gods had many internal conflicts, making it difficult for them to unite like Solomon and the True Creator. Hence, the situation remained relatively stable.

"Lynn, you bastard, how long do you plan to keep stepping on me?"

While the Black Emperor Solomon was silently observing Lynn and the True Creator, Medici, who was still in close contact with the marble, suddenly spoke. His voice squeezed out from between his teeth, anyone could hear the anger in it.

The delicate atmosphere instantly dispersed as Lynn's attention was drawn to Medici under his feet. Smiling, Lynn tapped Medici's head as if he were tapping a watermelon and said, "Come on, call me daddy!"

"Heh, your seniority rises quite fast," Medici sneered, half of his face nearly pressed into the stone but still maintaining an arrogant attitude.

"No choice, as everyone knows, an elder brother is like a father! I'm your big brother, so rounding up makes me your dad!" Lynn said without blinking and, as if kindly suggesting, added, "Of course, if you call me brother, that's fine too. After all, I'm very tolerant and willing to give a little brother a chance."

"Should I also say thank you?" Medici was almost laughing out of anger, feeling that someone was becoming more and more shameless.

"You're welcome." Lynn blinked, showing a slightly shy smile, looking harmless. If one ignored Medici, who was being pressed to the ground, Lynn really looked like a shy person at this moment.

Ouroboros' attention also returned to the twins. After listening to their conversation, he sincerely suggested, "Medici, you should call him brother. After all, Lynn is indeed your brother."

Medici almost laughed out of anger from this dumb snake, rolling his eyes before reluctantly saying, "Brother."

"Good boy!" Lynn exaggeratedly responded, then, like a good elder brother, helped Medici up from the ground, brushing off the dust and blood from their fight, ignoring Medici's face as dark as the bottom of a hole, and said with a smile, "Since I've successfully sent you back, I'll return to the Tudor Empire. I'll come to see you next time. Rest well, and if you need anything, you can have someone come to the Abraham family to find me. I should be using the identity of Libert Abraham for a while."

At this moment, Lynn really looked like a brother.

Medici was stunned for a moment upon hearing this. Before he could say anything, Ouroboros asked, "Lynn, aren't you staying?"

"No, I haven't finished having fun in the Tudor Empire. I'll at least blow up Amon a few more times and beat Tudor a few more times before considering it!" Lynn waved his hand, saying, "Besides, I have some serious business to do there."

Not to mention, he still had to follow Mr. Door to catch Will!

"Oh." Ouroboros looked a bit disappointed.

Solomon felt that this conversation contained a lot of information.

"Play all you want, just don't get yourself into trouble. Amon's brain is much better than your Shit-filled one. Be careful not to get played without knowing it," Medici said with his arms crossed, in a tone that was half a reminder, half a taunt, "I don't want to collect your corpse."

"Don't worry, I know what I'm doing. I definitely won't end up like someone getting stewed in a pot." Lynn waved his hand, not forgetting to poke at someone's sore spot.

The twins exchanged a glance before Lynn opened a portal and left directly.

Medici withdrew his gaze, but there was a thoughtful look in his eyes.

...

While Lynn in the Fourth Epoch returned to the Abraham family to continue his "ordinary" daily life, Lynn in the Fifth Epoch quietly observed the changes happening to Medici.

The changes began after Lynn in the Fourth Epoch bid farewell to Medici. It was like flipping a switch. The aura of Medici, originally just a malevolent spirit, began to change, gradually aligning with that of a Weather Warlock. The once active Sauron and Einhorn on him also suddenly quieted down, seemingly falling into slumber.

Due to the speculation in his heart, Lynn was not alarmed by this, simply waiting for Medici's transformation to complete.

One second, two seconds... one minute, two minutes...

After about ten minutes, the changes on Medici finally stopped. He now looked very close to the Medici Lynn had just bid farewell to in the Fourth Epoch, though with less youthful vigor and more of the melancholy of time.

"It seems that changing your past state can indeed affect your current state," Lynn concluded while examining Medici, then asked, "How do you feel now?"
