Nick had put his thought into work and finally took a walk himself, with Danny tagging along. In a way, Danny ditched the girls, wanting a peace of mind and not wanting to play mediator if a cat fight broke out. 


"So, is Kate alright?" Danny asked, not being able to hold himself back. 


His curiosity had gotten the best of him, with his concern too. He still felt bad for what happened and wished he could make things right with Kate. 


" Hmm, just a bit on edge after what happened. This is why I suggested she take a walk with Anna." Nick responded. 


" I hope what happened won't ruin the whole trip for her." 


" Same or else I wouldn't be able to enjoy it myself." 


" She'll be okay." Danny said reassuringly. 


" I hope so." Nick said, removing a small branch away from his face. 


"No, she will." Danny said, nodding to himself. 


Nick stopped walking and faced him. " You sound so sure."
