THE BIRTH OF A CONTROVERSY

Penguin City Highway - Day

The tank pulled up into a busy high way on a wrong lane crushing all the incoming cars to bits. Cars which were fast enough were able to avoid on head collision with the brutal destroyer. Tons of police cars followed on the chase and about five choppers flew over head monitoring the whole escalation of events.

James was flying with a combat crew on one of the choppers. Kendrick had already taken Batista into custody and wasn't able to join in the final chase.

"So here's the plan.....we blow up one of the Gundams's caterpillar wheel. That will slow it down and bring it to a stop. We drop down and engage those mother duckers" James spoke at the top of his voice as the chopper's engine noise was blocking out his voice.

"Are we clear?" James asked

"Yes sir!" They all replied.

The pilot of the hellicopter locked the tanks's wheel on target and in a split second, it fired two missiles.

BOOOOOOM!!!!, The explosion wrecked the wheels of the tank breaking the caterpillar chains in half. The tank began to stutter and slowly came to a stop. All the police cars drifted into position and the ground police surrounded the tank pointing various military class weapons. James and his combatants dropped down from the choppers without an harness. They were in armor.

Usually, police men in the armor never needed guns as they were basically buffed by the armor's mechanics. One police man in armor could take down ten gun men in seconds. The case was different here, they were ten of those armored police men including James.

"These criminals have no reason to fight back" James thought within him. He stood a few meteres away from the tank and held a megaphone.

"You have been surrounded by the Penguin City Police....it would interest you to know that your Gundam stands no chance against our armored officers. Fighting back woule be a serious over kill on our part. I urge you to please exit the tank with your hands in the air" James spoke into the microphone.

There was a brief silence for some seconds before a voice echoed through the output speakers of the tank.

"5 days ago..... something revolutionary was created in the heart of Penguin City Lab..... something spectacular. It was meant to aid you police fuckers....an upgrade to your current armor. It was a level up next gen type shit. A prototype was manufactured secretly and stored in Penguin Bank" Kong spoke in a thick mean tone.

"You and your counterparts are required to exit in ten seconds or we will be forced to take necessary action. You will die" James replied.

"Did you think we robbed the bank because of money? Hmmm? Kong asked

"Ten....nine....."

"Answer the damn question chief.....did you?" Kong was getting darker with his tone.

"Six.....five.....four"

"Alright.... we'll exit okay.....haha" Kong said as he laughed menacingly.

"Three.....two...one"

In a fraction of a second, a gigantic metal suit ripped through the tank. It was a hulky metal armor with advanced weapons and strong vision. It busted out of the ripped tank and stood a few meters away from James and his combatants.

"Jesus Christ" One of the grouns police muttered in fear.

James for the first time felt fear. 😳The hulky armor unleashed two 50 caliber machine guns from it's chest.

"Hello police fuckers 😈🙂" Kong said in a low tone and opened fire without hesitation.

"Everyone down!!!!!!!" James screamed as he bent low to avoid the incoming spray of lead. The bullets hit the police officers who were unfortunate. The 50 caliber shells split open theirs skulls and smashed their bowels. The police cars exploded violently instantly killing all the police officers who were hiding behind them. In response to the several rounds flying in the air, James laid low and faced the ground.

Blood splattered everywhere, it was a killing spree. Although, the police armor was very defensive, 50 caliber bullets were a serious over kill. Kong kept on firing until he was out of bullets. He pressed a button in the suit to reload.

James seeing this as an opportunity charged at the mechanic monstrosity with unimaginable speed. The suit buffed up his strength and made it easy for him to move at such speeds. He screamed at the top of his voice with a clenched fist and punched the mech with all the strength he had. The impact shook everything around like a mini earth quake.

Kong's armor slid backwards on impact but no damage was done. James was exhausted.

"This thing is pretty tough" He whispered within himself.

James was determined so notwithstanding the pain, he continued fighting the gigantic robot. Kong activated five robotic arms which took care of James's baby punches. James unleashed a barrage of punches on the armor but all to no avail. Two punches to the chin and one kick to the chest from Kong sent James flying into a car wreck.

James's armor cracked under the intense pressure. James laid on the crash facing the smoke filled skies. The sun was blocked out by the smokes the filled the air. He was done fighting, no card left up his sleeve. He spit blood from his mouth in exhaustion.

"Is that all you can do....police fuckers..... you're weak. Let's end this!!!!" Kong yelled in a menacing tone.

Kong pierced at James, lifted him up and smashed him to the ground twice, lifted him up and smashed him to the ground thrice, lifted him up and slapped him hard into a street light.

"I will break you police fuckers!!" Kong yelled, walked over to James, lifted him and pounced on him from all angles locations. He beat the living hell out of him and ripped the upper parts of his suit from his body. James's face was bruised and battered likewise all his lower abdomen. He was slowly loosing his life to a pesky robot. He smiled and flashed back.

Flashback

13 years ago.....

James held his wife who was about to die on the same highway.

Back to the present

"Now it is time to end it...." Kong concluded.

"I'll be with you soon Maria...I hope you have a castle prepared for me☠️" James whispered in his thoughts.

Kong unleashed a rotor chain saw and was about to shred off James' head when a certain unknown force started to pull Kong's armor away from James.

In an instant, Kong's armor was lifted into the air and smashed to the ground with great impact. James' eye widened in surprise. Kong recovered from the impact and arose. A part of his armor already had a cracked opening.

"What was that?" James muttered in his thoughts

Kong was shocked and terrified, he looked up into the skies and spotted a figure floating above him in the smoky skies, he figure emitted a bright red aura that terrified him the more.

"Hey.....big bully..... why don't you pick on someone your own size 🤨" Ruby said confidently in her blazing super armor.
