Morning exercise

The Harrow estate sprawls across a vast 200-acre property to the northwest of Vera, a grand expanse of land nestled in nature's embrace. It takes about three hours by carriage to reach it from the city, the journey winding through the serene Whispering Pines and culminating at the southern shore of a small, glistening body of water called Lake Harrow. The estate itself sits proudly by the lake, an idyllic setting steeped in quiet elegance.

This morning, I decide the area is perfect for a light sprint. My goal: two laps around the lake, a total of 64 kilometers, completed within an hour. The pre-dawn air is crisp and refreshing, invigorating my body and mind. As my feet rhythmically strike the ground, the steady cadence of my breath becomes a soothing metronome. The tranquility of the moment brings me into a meditative state, clearing my thoughts and grounding me as I prepare for the day ahead.
