Soul theory

Soul Weaver—a profession so obscure that even Vera's Great Library holds no records of it. However, with the resources of Serpentara at my disposal, I was able to dig up some information just a few days ago.

According to the books I found, every living being consists of three fundamental components: the body, mana, and the soul—each intricately intertwined, their relationships complex beyond comprehension.

The body serves as the physical vessel, the tangible form that interacts with the material world. Mana is the external force, the energy that flows through all things, drawn from the surrounding environment to fuel magic and enhance physical abilities. But the soul—the most enigmatic of the three—is what truly defines a person. It is the essence of one's existence, the seat of consciousness, identity, and willpower. If mana is an energy that can be absorbed from the world, then the soul is a power that is generated from within.
